What an OUTSTANDING company to deal with!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I ordered on line which was super easy and smooth. Was kept up to date on both order process and deliver. On arrival the blinds were well packaged and fantastic quality. There was a problem with fitting (not a problem with the blinds) due to them having to slot into a wooden recess in a wooden over hang above the window. (It's a listed house & very old). I couldn't have been offered more support and help from this company. Even to the point that when I needed to call them for the 3rd time that day and couldn't get through as the line was busy. Shortly after hanging up THEY CALLED ME BACK - I don't know how they knew I d called (the lady said my mobile number is attached to the order?! Even so, I truly don't know many companies that 1) ring back 2) EVERY TIME I called I got a person NOT an automated system. Rare in this day and age not to get an automated not. Every member of there team was super helpful. I have recommended to friends and people through my work. This company totally deserves a glowing review, helpful, quality amazingly quick service and go above and beyond. Well done 247 Blinds I will use you again. A company where you still deal with actual people and personal service.
The blinds are brilliant quality at a fantastic price. I was really impressed when I unpacked them. My builder knocked my blind off the wall by accident and cracked an end cap. I contacted 247 blinds to see would they send me one, I was willing to pay for it. They sent me the end cap free of charge, they communicated with me quickly? And, they even followed up by asking if I had received it. The customer service from this company is impeccable.
I bought a pair of blinds for £90, when I received the blinds I found out that they were to wide, whilst ordering the blinds I added the alteration extra with them incase they were wrongly measured, I found out that when I received the blinds they were to wide and asked if I could have them altered and was flatly refused only then they said I could get a replacement pair at a 20% discount and I couldn't even ask for a refund as they were specifically designed for my windows, which is totally wrong, I would never use thus company again and the attitude of their customer care was gross, I wouldn't use them ever again,
I was looking for a blind for my stairs when I came across 247 blinds. I really liked the idea of the twist & fit concept & had been quoted nearly £150 on another site so I started to shop around. 247 had a good selection of colours and the price was within my budget . I checked trustpilot for reviews & after reading all the positives, I went for it. I didn’t want anything fancy, as it’s only my stairs I opted for a roller blind . I ordered on the 30th April and on the 15th May it was delivered! The fact it was made to measure & delivered in just over 2 weeks is amazing! Putting the blind up took a little longer for us as it didn’t come with any instructions & we’d never had one before so initially we thought it was to big 🤭 after about 10 minutes we figured it out & up it went. It’s locked in place, sturdy & looks great! I’m definitely purchasing from 247 blinds again as I also have a kitchen & bedroom blind to get. Really happy & a positive first time experience 😄

Love my new blinds, and sooooo easy to put up. My brother was helping me put the blinds up and laughed a rather sceptical laugh when he read that it would take 30 seconds to put up. Well I had the blind installed before he'd finished laughing, probably around 20 seconds!

Had to contact with an incorrect fitting blind, but this was a mis measurement on our part. took out the measure insurance and there was no quibble - replacement sent with no problems. Lovely blind, the sample process made choosing easier and delighted with the fabric colour and quality

Ordered a twist and fit blackout blind. The principle is great but the material barely covers the window pane meaning the light still floods in. This should not be sold as a blackout blind it is not fit for purpose. Do not buy twist and fit if you need room blacked out. Requested refund awaiting outcome. Very disappointed as I was hoping to order more.
