Gravur mangelhaft Leider wurde der Becher schief graviert, auf meine Reklamation hin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das manuell passiert und daher nicht besser geht. Aus meiner Sicht ein Mangel an Qualitätsbewusstsein.
j'ai reçu un message me disant que j'avais été livré le mardi à 11h. je n'avais rien reçu. j'ai envoyé un message pour dire que je n'avais pas eu le colis. je n'ai pas eu de réponse de votre part donc je ne sais pas si vous en avez été avertis et si qq chose a été fait. 3 jours plus tard j'ai eu le colis.

Great quality. I have been using the tumbler for more than one year and it is still completely leakprpof and functional. I have also offered the tumbler as gift twice and now I got a non insulated bottle which is also very pretty, lightweight and leak proof. All accessories I bought are also leak proof, the valve for the tumbler sports lid does not work properly, but is still functional. Strongly recommended.
I was able to customize my bottle and shipping was free (I spent more than the minimum) and it arrived in good time. No complaints! 🙂
Ottimo assortimento di borracce e lunch box! Quest’ultime sono termiche e a prova di perdite, molto difficile da trovare sul mercato una qualità del genere! Tantissime colorazioni rendono la scelta al quanto complicata! Spedizione ulta veloce!

There was a little glitch on one of the bottles I ordered. The customer service ( in this case Fabiana) reacted on my rating very fast. I didn’t react in first instance because my father died. I got a reminder, sent the foto’s and the same day another bottle was shipped to my adres. They added a little present on top and I could keep the other bottle too. This is so kind…and such a lovely reaction. Normally I even wouldn’t mind about the glitch but the bottle is a present for my brother’s birthday. The bottle itself is really really perfect. I ordered 3 bottles already. My water (with bubbles) stays very cold and still has all the bubbles after a whole day. This bottle is definately not leaking and is quite light. I use it every day during sporting or at the beach.
