This is my first time buying a diamond ring, and I am so satisfied that we chose to do that at 77 diamonds. We customized our own natural engagement ring, and their service and knowledge about diamonds was exceptional. We where taken good care of from the beginning all the way to collection of the ring, also after purchase. Friendly staff, easy to contact regarding questions, flexible payment solutions, and good location in London city centre. They also updated me frecuently on the process of making the ring, so that I did not need to worry. They also managed to complete the ring in the right time as we where told. I can highly recommend 77 diamonds, their staff was absolutely amazing and the diamond collections was just perfect!!
The ordering experience was really easy, even after I ordered I had to change the size of the ring at the last minute and 77 Diamonds went above and beyond to accommodate the change and made sure I still had the ring delivered on time.

I had done an eternity ring with the birthstones of my family in the pirouette design. Kat was patient and attentive. She went through the colours of the stones, sourced new ones when I wasn’t sure about the hue and generally was a pleasure to correspond with. I ended up with a very pretty ring which I love. The delivery was timely (i had no time constraint), the price was very fair, and I would definitely recommend the workmanship and overall experience. Thank you!
I might give more stars once this is resolved but for now all I can say is that we are disappointed, frustrated and shocked. My fiancé purchased the engagement ring at 77Diamonds in Munich and everything was fine here. After this good and smooth experience, we decided to get our wedding bands here as well. We ordered the wedding bands almost 1 (!) year before the wedding date. The first order was just the ring, without the engravings. After receiving the rings and generally liking them, we sent them in again and added the engravings. After receiving the rings back the second time, my wedding band had a small scratch (77Diamonds fault) and we realized that we had ordered my fiancés ring too large (our fault). So we sent them back again to fix the scratch and to resize my financés ring, after all we were still 4 months away from the wedding. After two more months, the rings finally came back in early April, around 6 weeks before our wedding. However, when trying the rings on in the showroom, we realized my fiancés ring was downsized two sizes, instead of only one (error on 77Diamonds side)! So the ring was too small now and did not fit on his finger. Given that this was an error on 77Diamonds side, we sent the ring back again and we were promised that the rings will be back in time for the wedding. With a full month time to fix the ring, this is definitely possible to be done at any other jeweler I know. Unfortunately, since then the whole experience was downright exhausting and stressful. Every update needs to be asked for. We have not received any information from their side without us asking for it prior. I have made many calls to them over the past weeks, and even if I have to admit that our Customer Care responsible has been very kind so far, I am getting more and more the impression that this is just to keep us quiet. We need the rings back by tomorrow. Besides the stress this has caused, I am just completely shocked that we might get married without our wedding bands, while having ordered the rings 1 year in advance! For every change on the ring, one needs to calculate around 2 months of time. Although it was 77Diamonds fault, they are not able to fix the problem in a timely manner. Any other local jeweler would have been able to fix this in 2 weeks tops! I was happy to suggest 77Diamonds to friends, but after this experience I cannot do so. I have never heard of such problems and people needing to get married without their rings. Our Customer Care responsible has promised to let us know any additional information within today, but not sure what can be done in such a short time. Really hoping that we can get married with our wedding bands, but loosing hope by the hour.
De diamant is prachtig en kwam keurig geleverd. De communicatie is niet slecht, maar loopt soms wat langs elkaar heen. Hierdoor krijg je soms tegenstrijdige informatie. ( zoals de vraag of je een betaallink wilt terwijl je al hebt betaald) verder helemaal prima!

Die Individualität und Auswahl der Schmuckstücke ist großartig. Leider hat mich der Service vom Support sehr enttäuscht. Lieferdatum durch mehrmaligen Mails seitens 77Diaminds wurde nicht eingehalten. Ich musste eher als Kunde meinen Infos zum Versand hinterher laufen. Der Versanddienstleister war die Krönung! Keine Sendungsverfolgung, er stand eines Tages vor der Tür, wo natürlich keiner zuhause war. Bei eine 4-stellige Summe erwarte ich mehr Professionalität und Service.

Vi hade ett väldigt trevligt bemötande på showroom i Stockholm och nöjda med hjälp att hitta våra ringar! Dock tog leveransen längre tid än förväntat och det är väldigt synd att de använder Fedex som leverantör vilka har väldigt svårt att leverera hem till privatpersoner. Det slutade med att vi fick åka och hämta ringarna själva på fedex lager. När ena ringen även var för liten har vi inte fått svar från 77 dimonds på 2 veckor gällande att få den förstorad, det slutade nu också med att vi gick till ett annat ställe och betalade för att få den förstorad då vi inte vill vänta längre (plus att det skulle ta ytterligare 4 - 8 veckor när vi väl skulle fått lämna in den). Så det började bra, men tyvärr är helhetsupplevelsen sämre.
