I ordered a product from 7 day shop and after not receiving any goods was asked to do a survey on the service. Due to not receiving my order I published a poor report. 7 Day Shop immediately contacted me and told me that they would try to rectify the problem. They apologised for the goods not arriving and told me that it they should have been delivered by Royal Mail. They said that they would forward another item that I had ordered. Within 3 days I received my order. This I regard as good customer service. It was the courier that was at fault not the supplier, Unfortunately, we have no management over them. Problem resolved and I would use the company again in the future. I have used 7 Day Shop on numerous occasions in the past with no problems.
Good quality item at a fair price, well packed and sent quickly. This was like the old days with 7dayshop when delivery was days not a week like it has been recently.

I have never had a poblem ordering from 7dayshop. Easy ordering, quick delivery. What more could you want? The speaker is just what I wanted as some films are quieter than others and it adds enough sound to my iPad.
