Malpractice in everything from SALE to CUSTOMER SERVICE: No Returns on Final Sale Items. Then they call my items FAKE when I tried to sell them to someone else online. What a shame that they have to call their own items counterfeits. I have receipt of the items ofcource. So now I can neither return their items to their store nor i can sell them online to someone else. Wold Customer service is also very bad. They do not even reply to your emails regarding this issue.

A COMPANY WITH CHEAP PRACTICES. Bought couple of items from them from their website Sale. When I received them I did not like them. I wanted to return the items but their website says Sale items can not be returned. So they get rid of their crap and want buyer to keep it. That is not all, when you try to some how get rid of these items by listing the items at online market places, Wolf tells them that your items are fake and ask them to remove those items. You then try to contact WOLF that you have a receipt and you bought these items from you and why are you claiming the same items as fake? You send Wolf the proof of purchase with email and believe me they do not even bother to reply to you. You send emails again and again but they do not take any interest in your issue. This company does not deserve our hard earned money. I will never buy from them

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID WORST Company 1. Cheap Material Non Genuine Leather Watch Cases and Watch Rolls. 2. Return Policy is against Law. E.g. A) Online purchase of items can be returned only if you can afford heavy restocking fees. B) Sale items are not even returnable. You have to keep it if you dont like it. 3. Customer service is worst: they don't reply to your emails and after multiple attempts a vague pointless reply. 4. If you buy sale items from them and if you don't like them and if you can't return them, you will try to get rid of some how right? Try listing them on ebay and Wolf will tell ebay that your items are fake and ebay will remove your items. You will feel miserable all the time. You will contact Wolf with their own receipts that the items are real and bought from them and they will simply ignore. AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS

My experience did not start off great, but the recovery by Becky in the support team was fantastic. I had a faulty winder which turned out to be a fault in the batch. Customer service are amazing!!

Customer service are amazing!! I was unsure about purchasing the Wolf Cub watch winder due to the lock in cuff which comes with the winder being too big for my watch. I emailed Wolf with a query around cuff sizes, they (Becky) replied the following morning offering me a complimentary smaller cuff and sent it out to me next day delivery, keeping me updated throughout the day. The new cuff allowed be to buy the Cub winder with confidence and now fits and works perfectly with my watch. I would definitely purchase from Wolf again.



Wouldn’t recommend

Delivery was quick. That’s where the positives start and end. When you spend £350 on a watch winder, you expect premium at a minimum. The watch cuffs that come with the winder are stupidly large. I have relatively small wrists and could not clasp my watch over either of the standard cuff or the so called “dynamic cuff” (which was anything but dynamic). Then you have the option to put the watch on without the cuff attachments. This time my watch was way too loose it would slide off when in the watch was in the winder. Now, I tried getting hold of customer service. Good luck, I don’t even think it exists. Haven’t heard back and I am now stuck with a watch winder I can’t use.

Their watch roll scratched a bezel which is hard to believe but it did happen. They then sent some random email about how their watch rolls are so plush which isn't appreciated.

I have 2 wolf Cub watch winders the…

I have 2 wolf Cub watch winders the last one purchased around 2 years ago. Recently it started to make a noise I contacted Wolf customer support. Becky emailed and asked for some details she then arranged to collect the unit for inspection after a week I received a replacement unit. The service I have received from Wolf has been amazing and I certainly would recommend there products and back up service.
