I received the Clover name necklace as a gift in Summer 2023. However, just this month (May 2024), one of the letters fell off. I discovered that Abbot Lyon necklaces have a two-year warranty and immediately contacted their customer support team. I was delighted to hear that they were willing to resolve the issue and send me a replacement necklace. I really liked the necklace and was upset when I saw the missing letter. The necklace is amazing as it is waterproof and sweatproof, making it perfect for summer. I've received many compliments and even family friends have purchased it. I highly recommend Abbot Lyon and would like to express my gratitude to their customer support team. Thank you again.

I’ve ordered twice from this company, first time delivery was so quick and got the parcel within 3 days. Second time the parcel didn’t arrive, so after speaking with a very helpful, Tsepo, on their chat, they were able to help me, and have send a new order out even though it wasn’t their fault it hadn’t delivered. I treated myself to a bracelet and unfortunately it broke, I got in touch with Abbott Lyon to see if they could help and their customer service over WhatsApp was incredibly lovely and they were really helpful and genuinely gutted that this had happened. Within 2 days they gave me a code to replace my bracelet with anything for the same value.
