I had been a regular customer with this company but the delivery driver had been leaving the parcel in front of my house in full view, rather than bothering to place the parcels inside the safe porch. I complained to the company, giving full instructions that the porch door was open and asking for items to be placed in the porch, but the delivery driver still left the items in front of the house. I have now closed my account and am now buying organic products from a more reliable supplier.
Spammers, despite updating all communication preferences on their website, they keep sending me email and phone notifications every week. The quality of the fruit box that I ordered with them was substandard. Dreadful experience.
i am pleased to be able to phone you to check on my fruit and veg box as i find it harder on the internet ,i do however object to receiving some same items each week

I’ve been with Abel and Cole for many years now and still find them wonderful.The food is obviously very good indeed but it’s as much the attitude towards the environment that we like- absolutely no waste, especially now there is a recycling collection bag. The farmers,growers,bakers and makers are organic and conscientious and the deliveries always on time. I love getting a text every Thursday morning to say what time my delivery will arrive and then one to tell me when it has! And I haven’t even mentioned all the recipes and useful food advice…
Great food, tasty and good quality. Super efficient delivery and love the recycling of used packaging. A great service all round with the flexibility to change things around easily on any week. Recommended!

Abel & Cole are absolutely amazing. They make easy eating organic and local to your door, in reusable packaging. And they even have some refill options.
A very good choice, variety and quality vegetables. Supplementing order with individual vegetables is expensive as is delivery. Good quality bread and additional food items.

The delivery is always on time as scheduled, usually it is delivered during the night but the box is left in the indicated safe place and it is covered with a plastic bag not to get wet in case it rains. I like that you take back the old boxes/bags/... to reuse them when possible
Great customer service and good veg. Occasionally there’s a problem with the veg and this is always sorted swiftly. Good delivery although occasionally the driver forgets to collect empty boxes.
This company delivers the highest quality food and you can feel the difference to supermarket food, both when you eat it and afterwards. It does it’s very best to be ethical to the farmers who sell their goods and to the environment.
