Zeer goed geholpen door Miquel bij Ace & Tate in Hoog Catharijne. Hij nam alle tijd om een oplossing te vinden voor een niet standaard situatie waarbij ik een bril nodig heb en kwam met een goede oplossing.

Goede oogmeting , leuk model voor een goede prijs , vriendelijk personeel ( Breda) , duurde ietsjes langer voordat mijn bril klaar was en kreeg 40 euro gestort voor het wachten. Al met al heel blij met mijn bril
I’m totally delighted with my new eyeglasses from the Breda location of Ace & Tate! The glasses were completed in a week and they were adjusted perfectly for me so I never felt pressure or pain behind the ears! I even brought my prescription from the US and the glasses were made perfectly! I’m an Ace & Tate fan!!
Meine Sonnenbrille ist bereits nach wenigen Monaten und wenig Nutzung (Winter) in keinem schönen Zustand mehr. Bügel verkratzt, Schmutz zwischen Gläser und Rahmen, Gestell unschön mattiert. Da meine normale optische Brille, die ich jeden Tag auf habe, in einem deutlich besseren Zustand ist, führe ich dies auf minderwertige Qualität/ einen Materialfehler zurück. Leider ist der Online-Kundenservice uneinsichtig. Obwohl ich die Brille online gekauft habe, wird mir nur die Lösung angeboten die Brille in einen Store zu bringen. Stores sind ca. 100km entfernt - Store vor Ort (Karlsruhe) wurde leider geschlossen. Mein Fazit: Brillen minderwertig und Kundenservice ungenügend. @Ace&Tate - zur Zuordnung meiner Erfahrung hier meine Bestellnummer #DE230821-036341120 ------ Da man nicht darauf antworten kann, schreibe ich hier weiter. Bei 53m wäre ich direkt vorbeigekommen - selbst 53km, und keine 100km, finde ich für eine online gekaufte Brille zu weit. Schmutz klingt in Eurer Darstellung sehr banal - aus meiner Sicht sind die Gläser so schlecht eingebaut, dass zum ersten Mal seitdem ich eine Brille trage, Schmutz zwischen Brille und Glas gekommen ist. Enttäuschend, ich würde hier keine Brille mehr kaufen.

Ich war vor wenigen Wochen in München bei Ace & Tate und ich kann diesen Optiker nur weiterempfehlen. Die Beratung ist sehr gut, die Brillenauswahl ist modern und qualitativ hochwertig. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
Absolutely love my new glasses from Ace & Tate. I went to the Seven Dials store which is really cool. From getting my eyes tested to walking out with a new pair the whole process only took about 25 minutes. Will be my new go-to for glasses in the future.
Stay away from this company. Not worth the value for money. I bought the titanium glasses from Ace & Tate which cost more. The only reason I bought the titanium version was because the sales representative told me that they were very durable and is less likely to break compared to normal frames…. Boy was I misled. The frame broke in a place which doesn’t make sense, you can clearly see that the way the frame broke it’s down to poor production of the frame. The sales rep said it was down to friction.. that’s a new one for me. I’ve never had glasses break in this way before or heard of anyone else who wears glasses have them break in a similar way. I do not recommend these glasses for the price you pay for them. You think you’re buying quality but you are not, be warned! You are better off going to specsavers or boots even if you spend the same amount, at least you know you’re not getting ripped off. I made a complaint in store and was informed my complaint would be escalated to their customer service team. I have received no email confirming my complaint.

My first experience in an Ace & Tate store set the bar really high. Super personable experience and walked out with more than i originally went in for. The staff were incredible friendly and very knowledgeable on the product. I felt like i was in good hands! I would highly recommend and will certainly visit again soon.
Great frames for a good price!
Vriendelijke medewerkers bij het filiaal in Nijmegen. Behulpzaam, maar niet opdringerig. De opticien was erg geduldig en kwam kundig over. Uiteindelijk bleek bij één van de brillen een glas met cillinder niet compleet recht in het frame te zitten, waardoor het beeld vervormd werd. Dit is bij doormeten ontdekt en direct opgelost. Intussen heb je het geruststellende gevoel dat indien de bril niet bevalt je die gewoon terug kunt inleveren. Al met al, een fijne ervaring.

I would put zero stars if it would be possible. The choice is very big - and the frames look nice - but the quality of the glasses is absolutely very bad. They were not able to produce the requested glasses, after two attempts I asked for a refund because I realized it was a lost cause... An incredible waste of time and not a friendly customer service. Worst experience ever! Go somewhere else if you look for decent glasses!

Ik heb het gevoel dat de glazen van slechte kwaliteit zijn . Ik krijg mijn glazen precies niet meer proper ,vol strepen en eender met welke doekjes ik het ook probeer zelfde resultaat. Moet ook vaak mijn bril af zetten omdat ik wazig begin te zien als ik aan het rijden ben, zeer vervelend en gevaarlijk. Ze zijn misschien goedkoop maar als je na 1 jaar weer een nieuwe bril moet kopen omdat de glazen van slechte kwaliteit zijn ,dan misschien toch een voorkeur naar een iets duurdere bril dat langer meegaat.
