Ein Produkt bei der Firma gekauft, welches schon nach dem zweiten Einsatz defekt war. Ersatzlieferung eines ähnlichen Produktes konnte nur aufgeladen werden, funktionierte aber danach nicht. Lies sich nicht einmal einschalten. Kontakt mit der Firma sehr schwierig, mit entsprechender Hinhaltetaktik. War mein erster und auch letzter Kauf bei der Firma. Da eine Rückgabe beider Produkte nicht möglich ist, wird auch der Kaufpreis nicht erstattet. Totalverlust des Einsatzes.

My product developed a tear and they quickly worked with me to resolve the issue.
It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrating experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised! Sorry I can't give it better rating.
