AVOID, No option for zero stars customer service shocking I purchased a Supercar day for my son for Christmas , as he is in the armed forces it has taken us a while to get this booked in, due to his comittments There wasn’t many cars to choose from but he managed to choose the GT40 and The Porsche 911 and we also selected an extra run with a driver. First of all the weather wasn’t great typical British Weather but there was no where to shelter at the track, His Times were12.30, but was advised they were running late, then we were advised the GT 40 had broken down clutch had gone , and all he was offered was an Aston Martin, which he didn’t want to drive, The cars offered for the driver run , were a clapped out BMW 330 which he owns a newer version of himself sounded like the suspension had gone and a Golf( not very supercar at all) All in all this was very disappointing, it was too cold to hang around to argue on the day.. It was Lichfield. We queued 35 minutes for a coffee when we got to the front we were told we had to wait while they served the staff. the responser I have had from activity suoerstore is very disappointing, terrible customer service, I was more or less blamed for booking a smaller site , then they have said you have purchased thid from cars heroes so go to them, they were happy to take my money and book it in the first place
We were very happy with the deal we got from Activity Superstore. Speaking with the very knowledgeable lady helped helped us get exactly what we were looking for. From start to finish, we were dealt with efficiently and to our complete satisfaction.
Do not use this company, they are the worst for communication, we were bought a gift for white water tubing, they have fallen our with the business, refuse to give any kind of refund and won't give dates to complete the activity because they don't have them, avoid!!! Use buyagift, virgin or red letter, anyone other than these fraudsters
After trying for months to get a refund from OMG Hotels, I was told that the refund would be sent back to Activity Superstore. I have now chased AS for months and have still not received the £280 refund we are due. I am totally disgusted with the customer service from both companies, I've received excuse after excuse. I shouldn't have to chase every month when the offered experience was not supplied and cancelled by them. UPDATE: I have just been contacted by a manager at Activity Superstore who have agreed to refund me and chase OMG Hotels, so I have changed my score. Fingers crossed this finally gets resolved.
Excellent customer service
Saved up and purchased 2 vouchers from this company for our two children to drive a supercar. They were both very excited for this opportunity but unfortunately due to certain family matters we couldn't use them for a while. Having now come to use them their have expired. Now this has happened to many people before and you can pay a nominal charge to get them usable again, but no this company replied with a flat 'this voucher was not validated it is now void meaning it cannot be extended, refunded or exchanged.' Bloody lovely so we now have spent our money and have disappointed children! I would advise anyone to strongly steer clear of this business in case you have any issues like we did.
My sister was given a ‘make over & photoshoot for two. When I went to reserve they no longer did this. So thought never mind I will book a pub lunch for two. After adding £36 and making the booking - they no longer use the pub I had chosen. Complete waste of time - not getting any more money out of me. See my previous reviews - first time I’ve had a bad experience.
We had some personal issues which meant we were unable to use the voucher within the original expiry date. I emailed explaining the situation and I was delighted when they extended the expiry date to enable us to use our voucher. Fast, kind and efficient service . Fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Company has been so helpful, they was able to extend my voucher as a good will. Companies like that deserve a good review and will go far if they keep those attitude up!
The customer service team were great they kept in touch and helped me through what was the biggest nightmare over 3 days. Finally given a number to call but again bit of a struggle and a lot of thought to work out how you finally get to talk to a human being who sorted it for me. I do wonder how many people lose out due to a nightmare system and just give up
I originally tried to book my experience in December but I was told the experience wasn't available so they extended my voucher. I had now tried to rebook my experience and I have been waiting over two weeks for the company to book my experience and after chasing the company twice they have still not sorted the booking.
Have 3 vouchers combine value £150 Wanted to extend all 3 told it would cost £20 x 3 =£60. So value of vouchers now £90 !!!! Complained to CEO of company extended 1voucher (cost £20) 2more extended for free👍
Absolutely disgraceful company. This was purchased with money given to me by my mother after I became homeless, suffered a loss and really needed this break for me and my daughter. Every time I’d go to book it, something went wrong. By the time i had, it had expired. I contacted the store who simply told me it had expired and was now void. Id understand if it was a physical item, or the experience was no longer available but could exchange, but simply said “it states in our terms and conditions”. Bear in mind this isn’t £50, this was a lot of money to me. Please make sure you validate as soon as you receive it, and let others know if it’s a gift. They will not even consider to help you.
I was given a voucher for my birthday (which covers more than one activity). Most of the experiences are in England, rather than Scotland. I'd like to be able to do an experience on my own, rather than for two or a couple. These are very limited. Most of the experiences are aimed at couples (I am recently divorced).
When I realised I didn't have the additional number on the receipt, I contacted activity superstore and they activated the voucher for me and sent the pin. All very quick and booking the experience was very simple and quick.
