What a shame
What a shame, ordered some sleeping bags for my daughter and still waiting for them after two weeks. As they said it has been delivered, I have ask for proof of delivery and I got nothing. I want a refund!

Ordered some gifts for my daughter before Christmas and still waiting for them to arrive. When tracking them it says they are in customs in Belgium since 25th December! So gutted

I recently ordered some swaddles, and I am so pleased with them. The fabric is so beautiful and silky soft, perfect for newborn skin. I cannot recommend them enough and wouldn't buy from anywhere else now.

The playmat looks lovely and my daughter seems to really like it but the quality is not as good as I'd expect for the price. The playmat arrived with lots of pulls and tears in the fabric and I can imagine these will only increase with use, its a shame.

UPDATE: Even more lies! Actually I Looked at the entire site! And not one item was throughout black friday and cyber monday! You advertise sitewide!! I beleive you have only added one item due to my complaint to ASA as its funny since then you respond on the same time ASA contacted you. Really annoyed receiving an email saying upto 60% off everything! Err no its more 35% off with one item being 50% and majority being 20%! Dont usally complain about things like this! Great way to get you to shop! As they used word UPTO doubt you could report for false advertising, although blatantly is! Not even out of stock items was 60% off!
