Was about to purchase 5 dresses because I’d assumed it was an easy returns process if things didn’t fit. Much like others after reading the reviews about this particular process, no matter how amazing the dresses I won’t be proceeding.

J’ai commandé une robe sur le site via Facebook Malheureusement la robe ne me va pas grosse galère pour la renvoyer impossible d’avoir un bon de retour cela fait plus de 15 jours que j’en envoie des messages !!! Rien !!!… je suis dégoûtée 🤮 et je ne fais pas de pub positive au site

Rather than the typical paisley, color block, or floral, Ador has a wide range of unique patterns that catch the eye. Functionally, the website is easy on the eyes and the prices are fair.
easy Loving the dresses so different
Item was the wrong size and badly put together. I had looked at their size guide and ordered a size Small. When the dress arrived it was way too big around waist, bust and hips. The measurements of the dress did not correspond with their size guide. On top of that, the dress was badly put together, with back panel and one of the sleeves not straight. They don't except returns unless the dress was damaged, this is crazy as you can't try it on before you buy. If I had checked their return policy first I would never have bought the dress. Expensive lesson learned. Avoid this company, don't buy from them.

After several reviews I finally had my refund thanks to Jonathan I must admit I will not purchase anything else which is a shame as the clothes are nice but to get the refund was hard but again thank you Jonathan you did assist x

Still not returned my purchase and when I read the reviews no one else can it’s fine if your happy with your purchase but try and return NO I cannot tell you the number of times they have said they will help under the review but then no help 😡😡😡
Rapidez y eficacia
I ordered 2 items over 3 weeks ago. I was charged but have not received my items. When I go on my account it says there is no record of purchase, BUT I have a record on my bank statement. There is no number to actually speak with someone!!!
Niemals dort bestellen!!! Auf keinen Fall!! Eine Bekannte von mir hat sich dort Kleider und andere Oberteile gekauft. Die Kosten für den Versand sind ja schon unverschämt, aber dass man dann auch noch für den Zoll bezahlen muss ist ja unfassbar. Über 100 Euro und auf der Website steht, dass wenn bei der Rücksendung Zölle auftreten, diese Kosten wieder bei dem Kunden liegen. Nicht nur muss sie diese ganzen Kosten tragen, nein die Qualität ist ja schrecklich. Kann mit Shein und Temu verglichen werden, welche aber wenigstens die Versandkosten im Griff haben. Die Kosten verstehe ich aber auch gar nicht. Zuerst hatte ich gedacht, die Kleidung wird aus Kalefornien geschickt, doch das ist nicht der Fall! Alles aus China. Das ganze ist einfach nur eine komplette Abzocke. Bitte spart euch euer Geld und die Nerven und KAUFT DORT NICHT EIN!!!
