I ordered 2 pair direct and they fit fine. I ordered a pair (which I REALLY liked) from Amazon because they were a little cheaper and they were too wide. I wear a medium width shoe and was very disappointed these did not fit.

Could of made the footed a little wider at the ball width.
The shoes were delivered quickly, but more importantly, they are so comfortable. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I can wear them all day long without pain. Also, I love that they are lightweight and slip proof, the sandals come in a variety of cute styles and colors.
Bought sandals and you won’t take them back because they were “on sale”. Those are the crappiest sandals EVER made. Made out of hard plastic! Not comfy AT ALL.

Your return policy sucks! After buying two pairs of flip flops (which I really like), I felt confident to buy some sandals They were all way too big (I wear a 6 so I can't go down a size). In addition, the leather on two of them (women's thistle sandals) was of very poor quality and pokes into your skin. When I went to return them, I realized you would get most of the money I paid for them by charging me for the shipping costs and restocking fees. Hardly worth my effort.
The shoes are so comfortable and easy to keep clean. I ordered a pair last year and a different style this year. I love them both.
The sandals were just like the FB post. I ordered a size larger because the post said they ran small in size but I could have stayed with my size but they will work. I'm very happy with the quality.
