Excellent service. I had ordered a replacement kettle whistle but when it arrived, it did not ‘whistle’. They immediately sent another without fuss and without the need to send defective whistle back.

Aga sales are not to be missed if you are looking to add more Aga cookware in your cupboard! I have arthritis in my hands and wrists and find it difficult to lift saucepans. I have now bought the stainless steel non stick casserole set which is easier for me to lift with the two handles and very good value in the sale.

We had an issue with the coating on a pan , so sent an email explaining, with photos (unable to find purchase receipt) and had an instant reply requesting delivery details for a new pan to be supplied under the AGA warranty, with postage both ways covered. Michelle was quick to respond and very efficient . Just goes to show it pays to buy quality. Will use them again if the occasion arises. Thank you Michelle.

We are moving house in two days but I needed to place an order, my new address is hard to find (and doesn’t seem to exist on any courier website). I rang and spoke with Jade before placing an order to see how quickly they could ship. Jade was brilliant, told me to place order, call back and she would have it with me in 24 hours. And she did!
