Ordered an office aircon and asked for it to be delivered to the 2nd Floor. Reminded the courier to do it when he called asking for directions. He still dumped it in Reception. Customer Services advised we have to arrange upstairs ourselves. If you cannot carry heavy goods, you should not be selling electronic goods.

I ordered late on Thursday and received notification of dispatch later the following day so I didn't expect delivery until after the Bank Holiday Monday. It was delivered on Saturday before 10.30 in the morning so great service and and a very competitive price too.
Graded fan purchased. In grade A category so I expected packaging issues and possibly that it’d been used once or twice. I received what I would honestly describe as an old, used, yellowed and scuffed fan. I’d guess it is several years old. I informed them and was offered £6.50 reduction to the £52 price tag or told I should return. You can buy these brand new for less than £60 so I really wasn’t happy keeping this and had the hassle of returning. I was refunded relatively promptly.
I was able to take advantage of a great offer on a Meaco Arete One dehumidifier from Air Con Centre. Air Con Centre shipped quickly, and I am very happy with the product. This is the second dehumidifier I have bought from Air Con Centre, and while I would buy from the company again, I hope I won't have to 🙂
