Alohas is my current favorite shoe brand because of the diversity of their selection, the weekly IG Lives showcasing their new products, and how much they value sustainability. That's very important to me. And the shoes are very high quality and super comfortable It was my first purchase from Alohas and I was very excited. The shoes are very nice and the sole is very comfortable! Overall, the shoes fit well and I really like the appearance, the comfort, and that they are sustainable

J'ai commandé le 4 mai 2024 un pantalon chez ALOHAS ,selon eux ,il était en stock ,avec 2 à 3 jours de délai pour l'envoi toujours selon leurs délais, après l'envoi de 4 messages au service client dont 3 en français et 1 en anglais et en donnant toutes mes coordonnées (adresse ,mail ,téléphone) je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de leur part et l'article n'est toujours pas parti depuis 9 jours ;je suis inquiète et déçue je ne sais pas quand je serai livrée ni si je le serai après avoir payé le jour de la commande.

La calidad esta increíble. Desde que tome la caja en mis manos vi la calidad. Supe que esperar al ver los cuidados del diseño y cuando vi los tenis me encanto su diseño "de moda" pero a su manera. Son comodísimos y no me los he quitado. Quiero más colores.

Lo primero es que los zapatos son hermosos. Los modelos son tan femeninos y cómodos, inusuales y muy elegantes. Calidad a la altura. El segundo es el Servicio. Es raro encontrar un Servicio que sea tan leal a sus clientes. Vale la pena. No voy a comprar un par más en el futuro.
Very quick shipping even the item was on presale. What about shoes - I ADORE. Very good quality, very good leather, I wore them during the whole travel with 9-10km of walking per day and they are fine! Also I always got compliments about these ballet flats. I am happy!

I did a pre-order on a pair of shoes, so I had a long wait (2 months) with emails that they would be delayed further. However, they arrived pretty close to the original expected date. I appreciated getting the notifications. Once the shoes arrived, I was extra happy. They are beautiful and high quality.
I was interested in a pair of shoes that had no images of being worn, which I found odd to begin with. They sent me one privately and gave me a discount code if I wanted to order them, but pressured me to use it within two days (not very "slow fashion"...) I was still a bit unsure but after all ordered them, unable to claim my discount because it took me a bit longer to think about it. I then preordered two pairs of shoes and was fine waiting for them. However, the package never arrived, even though the address was right and there's usually always the possibility to hand it to neighbours in case no one was at home at the point of delivery. I got no message about this and only found out when I clicked on the link again. Instead of re-sending the parcel, I got a voucher worth what I ordered. But now, of course the shoes I wanted were no longer available and I have to wait until the next round of shipping two months later. I am highly annoyed, but willing to wait as I do really like the style and that they're made in Europe. So I'm still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm very disappointed in how they handled this so poorly and I will effectively have to wait for three months to be able to wear shoes I ordered for spring.
It took them 4 months to ship my products. I ordered shoes from them in December and it only arrived in April. Is the quality worth the wait? Definitely not! I can get better quality at my door step tomorrow. I believe their "slow fashion" approach is a scam. They also have the worst customer service. Even the packaging it was sent in was so cheap. There are so many better brands out there.
Never received my order and they are not solving the problem by either shipping again (with another carrier) or reimbursing as any company that has this kind of cases. PAY always with paypal it’s faster and easier for reimbursement.

Très déçue : une commande (combinaison-short Volta) faite le 31 janvier est sans cesse reportée ... actuellement annoncée le 15 mai !!! Cela commence à faire TRES long ! De plus, la remise proposée comme compensation (- 20 %) ne fonctionne pas !
Da quando ho scoperto Alohas sono stata ossessionata -in certi periodi- da alcuni loro modelli. La mia prima esperienza di acquisto è stata ottima: ho acquistato un paio di scarpe approfittando di uno sconto per produzione "on demand"( non hanno le scarpe pronte, le producono apposta per te quindi arrivano ad una certa distanza di tempo, preventivamente dichiarata). Quando mi sono arrivate le ho trovate di fabbricazione eccellente e il design era delizioso, esattamente come in foto. Tanto per capirci non è certo la qualità Mango o Zara, qua siamo ad altri livelli e il prezzo infatti è giustificato. Poi è seguito un colpo di fulmine per un altro modello, anche in questo caso ho fatto l'acquisto on demand risparmiando qualcosina. Tuttavia le scarpe non sono state consegnate nella "shipping window" che mi avevano indicato. Ho ricevuto una mail nella quale mi si indicava una nuova finestra di consegna, con molte scuse e spiegazioni circa il fatto che il loro modello di produzione sostenibile a volte può causare questo inconveniente. Per evitare sovrapproduzioni loro producono solo su ordinazione e spediscono le scarpe tutte insieme, una volta che tutte sono pronte. In ogni caso sulle prime me la sono presa parecchio, visto che già avevo atteso un po'. Ma scrivendo su WhatsApp al servizio clienti ho ricevuto un'assistenza eccellente. Prima di tutto in italiano perfetto, nonostante loro siano spagnoli. Poi mi sono comunque state proposte due alternative per farsi perdonare del ritardo: o uno sconto sul prossimo acquisto oppure un risarcimento nutrito sulle stesse scarpe che avevo acquistato. Ho scelto la seconda e il rimborso mi è arrivato subito! Ma soprattutto mi hanno anche subito spedito le scarpe, in anticipo rispetto la seconda finestra di consegna che mi avevano indicato. Le scarpe erano accompagnate addirittura da un regalo, un paio di calze del valore di 15 euro. In breve mi hanno conquistata definitivamente: resterò una loro affezionata cliente a prescindere dal rischio di qualche ritardo. So che così contribuisco alla salute del pianeta. Ma soprattutto trovo che i prodotti e l'assistenza siano di alto livello. Io li consiglio assolutamente.
I had a problem with a recent purchase of Alohas shoes and the customer service was phenomenal. Not only did they reply promptly to my problem, but they went out of their way to find solutions that were more than fair. I came away from the experience feeling that they stand behind their brand and make customer satisfaction a priority. I will be buying more.
I received faulty shoes, and it was somewhat a process to get paid return and full money back, but in the end it worked out great and trust was regained. Thank you so much for that!
I contacted customer service regarding my order, and the young lady was able to respond to my inquiry as well as confirm that my package had been received.
