12 days after placing the order and immediate payment the parcel is still not shipped, although the product was claimed to be available. After 10 days I received a mail saying the product isn't in stock so I should wait 8 more days.
Excellent outdoors equipment at a fair price and most importantly sustainability manufactured in Europe! (Ensures employment and skills) Very good customer service. Products arrived quickly and shipment was easy to follow.

Impossible de me prononcer pour le moment, ma livraison n’étant toujours pas arrivée…. Les délais indiqués lors de la commande ne sont visiblement que rarement tenu…. Dommage!!!
Very disappointing to receive a message that the item I have ordered is not on stock and will take much longer to ship than expected. I think you should clearly identify if an item is on back order and make this clearly visible to the customer.

Product selection was great and pricing was better than in the U.S., even with international shipping. Communication was also excellent. My order shipped the next day, cleared Customs, and was delivered in perfect condition two days later.

J'ai passé ma commande le 04/05/2024 et l'ai reçu le 15/05/2024, ce qui est un peu long, même en tenant compte des deux jours fériés dans ce laps de temps. De plus, je trouve dommage de ne pas pouvoir se faire livrer à domicile. Le point relais, le plus proche de chez moi étant à 4 Km, est ouvert de 9H à 12H et 13H30 à 17H30 en semaine et fermé le week-end. Pas très pratique pour les gens qui travaillent. Obligé de prendre une demi journée pour aller chercher le colis. Le paquet pouvant entrer dans la boite à lettre, c'est déplorable, surtout que les frais de port de 4,50€ ne sont pas négligeables. Je ne pense pas que je recommanderai chez vous, trop compliqué et trop contraignant pour la récupération de la marchandise.
