Order cancelled after being acknowledged etc. No longer in stock. Why allow order to proceed and payment to be processed then. Subsequently still showing available to order 8 hours and stating x number sold in last hour. Why was mine supposedly out of stock then.

I came to American golf with a budget for Irons expecting to buy D7s. Given my budget the chap gave me 4 different irons to try out on the range. No pressure selling and just let me choose which ones I preferred. Very happy with my purchase and the service provided.

Terrible from start to finish. Ordered a SimMax2 Driver on Sunday afternoon to receive an email with product out of stock from American Golf on the Monday morning. No problem, I thought honest stock error will try again later when back in stock. Product then appears back online a few hours later (Monday afternoon), re-purchased the item to get another email an hour later order cancelled again. £600 out of my account got to wait a week to get it back and hopefully their stock is correct when I re-purchase for the THIRD time, if not back round the same cycle. I spoke to customer service who informed me it's not live stock even though the product disappeared and then came back into stock online. Abysmal.
