I ordered several items from American Muscle. One of the items in the order was out of stock so they have the entire order on hold. I've called, emailed and chatted online with support requesting they ship the in-stock items or cancel the order so I can reorder. American Muscle has refused to assist me with the issue, stating that they cannot change or cancel the order while it is "locked." Now, multiple items are out of stock and backordered, so my entire order is held up indefinitely and I have no way to fix the situation. I've already sourced the necessary items from my local autoparts store -- so when I do eventually receive my order, I will have to pay to ship it all back for a refund. A complete waste of time and resources for both myself and American Muscle. My expectation would be that they could have shipped the in-stock items while we waited for the backordered item or cancel the order so I can reorder without the backordered item.

Product received was not as pictured on their website. 2008 Mustang hood struts. No attaching hardware sent. It was like pulling teeth to get a refund. Never did get a full refund. Thank God there are many other Mustang part options. Won’t use these guys again.
Component arrived damaged, no response from the help line in days after they said the return shipping label should be emailed to me, still no response, nor shipping label.

I received my caliper covers quickly and in pristine condition . Each packed in it's on separate black bag. Very high quality. They fit perfectly.

Great detail with parts ordered
The product itself is great. The problem is that I only ordered one due to the title of the product being “Header gaskets” which made me think both gaskets were included. These gaskets are multi layered. I had to take apart my headers due to only half the gasket being used. In the description it says only one gasket is included but the title says header gaskets. This product should be titled “header gasket” to save confusion.
