How to Spoil a Wedding Day

Oh what a day. Ordered our rings with sufficient time before the wedding. I was told to get our fingers sized in a jewellers which we did and placed the order. When they arrived within two weeks, mine fell off my finger and my partners was made too big according to a sizer. We were offered our one free re size plus one extra for the fact the ring was made incorrectly. I purchased my own finger sizers and sent the sizer with the ring back in the box. The next set of rings arrives within 10 days my partners perfect but mine now too small to the point my finger went purple. Spoke to customer services and explained how is this happening if I did exactly as they asked and got my finger sized and it’s now wrong twice. I was told I would get a call from Barbara Stein the customer services manager who is a jeweller. 30 minutes later I got an email from Barbara explaining the thickness of the ring can effect the size and I should get my finger sized at a jewellers. AGAIN. When the returns label was finally sent, I was advised by Barbara it would be a £100 charge for the resize despite the fact I explained I followed their guidelines. Had my finger sized by a professional, and by myself also them acknowledging thickness makes a difference but I wasn’t told that. After a heated conversation Barbara finally waived the fee understand at this point we were going to potentially be married in two weeks and said they would rush it through. I felt heard and understood. I emailed Barbara asking if there was an ETA. it will be dispatched by the beginning of next week. I emailed Barbara again, it will be with our uk office the beginning of the week. (I get married on Monday). Emailed Barbara very concerned explaining I told you I get married on Monday. Does this mean it won’t be hear on time. I have since had no communication from Barbara and my ring was in fact not here for the wedding. I contacted Angara again on the chat asking for an ETA. The handler told me my ring was arriving Tuesday and if there was anything else I needed. This was after telling her it was my wedding day. At this point I became incredibly frustrated and said “an apology would have been nice”. You tell me you are delivering my ring the day after my wedding and I have to prompt for an apology. Disgusted. Thank you Angara for ruining a huge day in my life. I sincerely hope you do better next time and as an online retailer, fix how you size your rings and come up with a better process. I suggest sending sizers of varying thicknesses to account for the problem.

Emerald heart shaped drop earings

I received my heart shaped emerald drop earings today they are for my wife's 20th wedding anniversary, I am very impressed there is a light that shines on your jewelry when you open the box it is a real ta da experience I got the better class of emerald earings and they are fairly clear as per picture. I'm sure my wife will love them .I will more than likely purchase more jewelry from Angara.

I was looking for a special ring...

I was looking for a special ring for my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary. Angara worked with me and answered all of my questions. I’m a very tactile person and was nervous about purchasing something like this on-line without being able to hold it and look at it, but I really couldn’t be happier. The ring was more striking than the photo online. Yes, I will purchase from them again.

Will send a lower quality item than the one you ordered (check your stones with a jeweller)

I bought a ring through Angara, i specifically chose the Heirloom Quality on their page, the order was confirmed, but i received their lowest quality ring, after contacting them i was told that it was my error, i don't even think they ever admitted their mistake and they have not offered to replace it with the correct quality ring, just return it for a refund (which i cannot do now as it was ordered for a specific date like most jewellery). They have made me feel as though i was wrong and refuse to accept emails proving i had ordered Heirloom quality, i just wish they would do a direct replacement of the ring received rather than trying to pass off lesser stones as real quality. I'm really disappointed and wish i had another way to resolve it, but warning others is the only way now unfortunately. They have now responded saying it is in black and white...then why do i have an email showing i purchased Heirloom quality? i'd love to be able to add the image in here but i can't unfortunately. Barbara - If there is no error then please explain the email? this just shows that you are not able to admit problems when they are there.

I found a $1000,00 charge from this mob while checking my Paypal acct on Saturday. Immediately reached out to them for details and have not heard anything in return. I'm on a pitiful pension and buy my "jewellery " from Temu. These people are Thieves!!!

What can you say. They clsim they source the best quality gemstones and yet even their most expensive coloured gemstones are heated. Proof they're the worst quality gemstones! This is the emperors new clothes and then some. They pay for Gia certificates to say? Hey, Gia certification. Yes. They're Gia certificates, but saying heated!! You're buying a coloured gemstone that had no colour? How is this best quality. The marketing is completely unreal as are the colours in their gemstones... interestingly, they don't get their diamonds certified by GIA or anyone. They do their own certificates on those? Why? Avoid

Got a defective product shipped twice and they want me to pay for return shipping. What a joke. With large profit margins on jewelry this is disappointing.

I purchased a topaz ring for my daughter for her 50th birthday. When it came I was very happy with it and my daughter was delighted! However she had only worn it a few times her being a nurse cannot wear jewellery to work when the stone fell out. I returned it to Angora to be told it was out of guarantee but they would fix it for £100 which I did. The ring was actually replaced and my daughter was scared to wear it in case of this happening again. After having worn it again the stone has fallen out once more this time she was lucky enough to find it on the carpet! I am very disappointed with this jewellery and the fact that I had given it to my daughter for her special birthday. This will be the last time I'll be purchasing from them. In the end I've paid over £300 for a silver ring which I could have git from a local jewellers for a fraction of the price!

First class experience on all fronts

A first class experience in all aspects. I was looking for a really unique gift for my wife’s milestone birthday. I searched high and low globally and Angara had an extensive and beautiful collection of modern, stylish designs across a number of gemstone types (I was seeking her birthstone - Aquarmarine). The selection was brilliant. The Aquamarine Diamond halo setting I purchased is just beautiful in all respects. The design, the stones, the craftsmanship. It is a statement piece. Beyond the product, however, was the service. Truly the best customer experience I have had in many, many years. Full stop, bar none, globally. Upon purchasing the ring I was immediately connected to my customer care manager (Anna). I had some questions relating to my order - the service was 10/10. Anna was simply brilliant. Great communication, timely, helpful, diligent, perfect on all fronts. Everything resolved immediately to my satisfaction and beyond. I will also add that the packaging of the product is outstanding. Really nice finishing touch. Beautifully presented. Product arrived quickly (and I am in Sydney, Australia). Honestly, I just really enjoyed the shopping experience here. A great product, outstanding service and at a very reasonable price (especially vis a vis trying to get something very similar custom made and at a long lead time). I highly recommend Angara. I will certainly be an ongoing customer.

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company. They use UPS which is horrendous. They said delivery on 7th March so I stayed in all day - nothing. Then after no communication, they tried to deliver on Friday 8th but I was at work. I tried to redirect to a pick up zone but no updates on the tracker have been made and after 3 visits to the drop off zone no parcels. I’m beginning to thing this whole site is a scam! They gave had £2k from me do Don’t order from this site!!!

It's been hard to find rings to fit my…

It's been hard to find rings to fit my fingers. I'm so glad I found Angara jewellery. The jewellery is absolutely beautiful. I placed an order for a new wedding ring and it was delivered in about 1 week from ordering. I loved it so much I brought the engagement ring to match. I'm so happy with the service, prompt delivery, even the packaging was beautiful. Thankyou so much. Keep up the great work.

There was an issue with the way Angara and the Bank handling the credit card transaction resulting in my payment being 'held' (i.e. not able to use money) twice for 36 hrs or so. Initial comms were difficult. HOWEVER Angara, were equally horrified and frustrated by the situation created by the banks and quickly engaged to sort it out. Their Customer Service Manager (Anna) could not have been more helpful (or patient) - she followed the order, production and delivery of the Jewellery very closely keeping in contact regularly to make sure I was kept informed on progress of the order which was for quite a lot of money). The quality of the jewellery is excellent. Score revised to 4-stars - had it not been for the initial issues (which were entirely resolved by Anna) it would be 5 stars

Awful customer service. Haven't received my package, it's been a month since I ordered it

My roommate recommended Angara, but apparently they fulfill just a certain percentage of their orders. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my pendant (cost about $500). Every time I reach out to them they send me responses stating that I should call *** and look for my package and when I asked them to refund my money, they told me that I need to call them. The worse service, I do not recommend ordering from them. Awful customer service, I'm glad that I finally disputed the charge and got my money back.
