I recently bought a jacket from this company after paying I got email from dhl saying I’ve to pay £250 import tax that didn’t tell you upon buying the goods from them, so be very aware buying from this company as they don’t tell you this and when trying to return the goods they also wanted the tax and import duty so after all this you think your getting a bargain but if it’s to good to true then it is, will never buy from this company again shame as there jackets are lovely

Sorry, but I ordered a size 48 Italian, which should correspond to a 16 UK. The blazer is fine but actually does not correspond to a size 16. It’s max size 14 if at all. I’m very disappointed with the size and shall not buy from you anymore. The blazer doesn’t not fit me nor can I button it up. This is more size 12 UK.
I chose size 8 us & they sent me size 7 us. That is really bad customer service to get rid of unsalable merchandise.
