No Customer Services.

Went through the Nectar to purchase a product. A month later my nectar points have been returned/taken off me for no apparent reason. I did not return anything and I have hardly used my item. Ann Summers contacted Nectar obvs before they took away my points and there is NO customer services on their website. Any site that has no customer service either through live chat or telephone should not be purchased from. Don't bother replying to this msg telling me to contact you either, tried that one. My product is now in the bin and I'll never shop with this site again.

No customer service!!

Would give 0 points if I could! Ann Summers have taken my money yet no way to refund and I am now out of pocket! Buyer beware if you pay by Paypal you cant have a refund in store when they’ve already had your money! Tried their rubbish returns portal and despite putting in correct details it didn’t work! Their is also no customer service telephone number or indeed a telephone number for the nearest store either at Milton Keynes! Shockingly bad non existent service! Quick enough to take your money but if goods aren’t right they have gone out of their way to ensure they don’t have to refund

Website is totally not working

Website is totally not working, could not create return despite tried so many times, return portal not working, Evri return link on their website not working, live chat also not working, complete nightmare! Filled in with information to contact also not working properly, tried 5 times at the end managed to send email to customer service, I would give one star initially, extra star gave the customer service got back to me and sent me a proper Evri link for return. Will not recommend

I got a pair of earrings, paid £12 managed to use them ONCE only after that one of the earrings keeps falling, always same earring, and my mum and friend try it too and it was the same. Really disappointed.

A complete nightmare of a company

A complete nightmare of a company. Badly let down by not staying up to date with the trends and technology. I could not get a returns label etc, after trying to speak to different people to help me return two items, I finally found a way to return them directly to Ann Summers. When I did they sent their stupid products back to me for not having a label on the bottoms which was two sizes too big for me anyway, saying it’s been worn!! I feel insulted. Firstly, I’ll never wear their ugly oversized stuff, secondly, it was sent to me without a tag in the first instance. It’s their incompetence, not mine!! Furthermore, it’s scratchy fabric and it looks rough and like net curtains. I will not rest until I get my refund and justice prevails. The cheek of it. No wonder the company is going down the drain.

I ordered some items from a catalogue…

I ordered some items from a catalogue that were Ann Summers, when wanting to return these items I found that the instructions to do so were no longer valid and I could not get a returns label etc, after several weeks of trying to speak to different people to help me return these items, I finally found a way to return them directly to Ann Summers, however this meant that they were slightly out of the 28 day returns deadline. I returned the items anyway and a week later these items have been returned ed to me with a note stating it’s out of the 28 day returns. I just think this is appalling really, I did write a note to advise why this was slightly out of returns period and thought they may be more lenient in this particular case. I won’t be buying from Ann Summers again!!

Fuyer ce site aux pratiques douteuses

Apres avoir vu de nombreux retour négatifs sur la marque (niveau qualité) j'ai voulu annuler ma commande le lendemain. Elle était toujours en statut "new" donc non traité. Quelle fut ma surprise lorsque dans le chat on m'indique qu'il est impossible de l'annuler car apparement elle serait déjà expédié. Je n'ai reçu aucun mail, j'en fait part à la conseillère avec laquelle j'échange dans le chat et elle me donne un numéro de suivie et un lien. Le suivie du colis indique bien que le colis est toujours en préparation chez l'expéditeur, donc pas encore confier a leur service . Je le dit a la conseillère, et tente tant bien que mal de m'exprimer en anglais (aucun moyen de communiquer en français, heureusement j'ai un niveau scolaire qui est suffisant pour ce genre d echange.) La conseillère clôture tout de même le chat après m'avoir souhaité un "lovely day". Ce sont des pratiques plus que douteuses, il était tout à fait possible d'annuler cette commande puisqu elle n etait ni traitée, ni expédié... Ce site a des pratiques plus que douteuses et je ne peux que vous recommander de passer votre chemin. J'ai finalement reçu un mail pour m'avertir que mon colis était expédié mais 4 ou 5 jours après l l'échange avec la conseillère ! Donc cerise sur le gâteau on me refuse une annulation de commande (sans fondement ou aucune explication logique) et les délais de livraison indique sur le site ne sont même pas tenues !! N'esperer pas pouvoir suivre votre commande, le suivit ne se met pas à jour sur le site et le lien communiquer dans le mail indique un message d erreur...

Stockings and Suspenders, Definitely

Went into the Ann Summers shop in York with a friend as we were having a great day out and saw some lovely underwear there. As we were browsing, my friend saw a suspender belt in the sale and when I talked to the young man there explaining my normal size etc, he was so helpful I bought two and they fit perfectly. I even bought some new seamed stockings to go with and whilst talking to the young man, his colleague assisted with the correct stocking size too. Brilliant service and very friendly. I will definitely go in there again.

That brand it's a joke

That brand it's a joke. Bought bra and thongs. Thong fit perfectly but bra was to big. I tried to send it back but response from website was, Your order haven't been sent, and that's information I have been seen whole week, when realise I can do it by Evri. So return was made by Evri and bra was sent back with tags, in same envelope we got it. One week later we get a parcel back with peace of paper staiting Bra was worn. Yes, it was, just to try it, nothing more. It was a first time buying from Ann Summers, and the last time. Don't waste your money, other brands like triumph or pour moi are better.

Sent me lingerie without the hygiene strip. As I didn't notice, nor did I try them on as they were utterly small (I had ordered 2 diff sizes). I sent them back in the exact same conditions not doubting the way they came as they were crotchless thought they must not come with one. Especially since they are the same set! One doesn't doubt the same conditions. Sent back exactly the same, and they told me, they have been used. they sold me someone else's returned lingerie and made me pay for it.

Returned items and was refused refund.

Bought 2 unflattering items from Ann Summers and returned both. Accidentally forgot to fill out one part of the returns form so they refused to refund me for 1 of 2 of the items despite both items being in the parcel sent back. I was told that nothing could be done about it as they obviously don’t check the contents of parcels and rely purely on returns forms for refunds regardless of the fact that sometimes mistakes are made. Very unhappy about this as usually I’m very careful with these sorts of things but on this one occasion I’m offered no help.

Ann Scammers Ripped Me Off £150

My husband purchased me 3 full lingerie sets with a total order of £225. I returned two of the sets with the total of £150 my husband ripped the tags off to wrap them for me. One of the sets was so poor quality and the other set was poor fitting. I returned and then Ann Scammers returned both sets back to me and refused to refund me. So that’s £150 they’ve ripped me off for. Utter scammers, overpriced poor quality lingerie.

Dear CEO for Ann Summers in the uk. When writing this email of high level, there needs to be some good reason why and me sending this email tonight a good reason. Background to the complaint against Coventry Ann summers store on 17th February 2024. This week from 12th February 2024 up 17th February 2024 I went into Ann Summers in Coventry store too get something for me and another half. I got what you call anal jockey strap with vibe which cost around £36.00 approx. I also got other on the night in question too. Also, like to note I go to Ann Summers in Coventry quiet a lot and WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS STORE AGAIN OR ANY OTHER ANN SUMMERS UNTIL THIS MATTER IS FITTED IN QUESTION. WHEN WE BROUGHT WENT HOME AND PUT THE BIT ON CHRAGE USING USB WIRE PROVIDED IN THE BOX ALSO NOTICE IT SHOULD COME WITH THREE RINGS BUT ONLY TWO RINGS IN BOX. WHEN CHARGING THE ITIEMS THAT CAME WITH USB AT HOME I NOTICED IT WASN’T CHRGING CORRECTLY ALSO NOT HOLDING ITS CHARGED WITH YELLOW OR GRREN LIGHT. UPON GOING BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY BEING 14 FEB 2024 WENT BACK TO COVENTRY STORE AND SPOKEN WHO I BELIVE TOO BE THE ASS STORE MANAGER, I EXPLAINED WHAT PROBLEM WAS ALSO THAT ONE OF GOLD RINGS MISSING TOO. I DIDN’T ADVISRE I POP BACK IN ON FRIDAY 16TH FEB 2024 OF WHICH I DIDN’T HAVE TIME SO TODAY BEING 17TH FEB 2024 POP BACK AND SPOKEN TOO STORE MANAGER WHO WASN’T REALLY VERY HELPFUL AND I EXPLAINED I CHECK FROM TOM TOO BOTTOM IN MY FLAT AND CANT FIND THE USB CHARGER LAST PERSON TOO USE IT WAS THE ASS STORE MANAGER IN COVENTRY. THE STORE MANGER YESTERDAY SAID SHE WOULD PROVIDED EVIDENCE TOO CUSTOMER SERVICES SHOWING IT BEEN PUT BACK IN THE BAG. I EXPLAINED TOO STORE MANAGER TODAY IN COVENTEY STORE SHOCKING AND I WILL NEVER USE ANN SUMMERS AGAIN OR USE THE STORE IN QUESTION. NO HELP AT ALL AND THE STORE MANAGER TRYING TOO JUSTIFLY FURTHERMORE IF THEY WAS TOO LOOK AT CORRELCT IN THE FIRST PLACE THIS WOULDN’T OF HAPPENED . Ordered online and the item received…

Ordered online and the item received was of poor quality. I went to the nearest store to obtain a refund. I was told that I can't get a refund because I paid for the item with PayPal. This is not expressly stated on the delivery note, where it states you can return at a store for refund or exchange. I asked the reason why and was told it is a third party.. no other retailers have an issue refunding on PayPal as the original payment method. I got an exchange but they didn't take into account of the delivery fee.. so I basically spent more. Don't recommend buying from their website.
