Great build quality, lots of pockets and pouches which is what I need after the last bag I had was just a sack! It is so nice to actually be able to find my car keys or Airpods for once! super comfortable, a good size to fit on your back rather than extend too far down. straps are comfortable. Should see me a long time.

The Antler website was easy to navigate and explore the different product collections. I ordered the new soft shell suitcase in green for my next trip – it was delivered quickly and I'm really pleased with it!
Love my new overnight bag. The back strap doubles as a strap to go over a suitcase handle or zips closed to use as a pocket when carrying on it's own. It sits nicely on a suitcase even when empty. Buy and enjoy.

I ordered a case very late on a Friday and paid for next day delivery. I wasn't honestly expecting the product Saturday and tbh i thought Sunday wouldn't be possible either. BUT given many delivery drivers work everyday and DPD (Antler's chosen next day delivery provider) advertise on their website that they deliver Sunday I decided to order for a business trip leaving on Monday - perhaps needless to say i didn't get my case in time. Antler could state on their website 'next day delivery only applies to weekdays'.... but they don't. A few years ago i would not expect a Sunday delivery.

High quality product, exactly the size I was looking for. Very useful integrated shoe bag. Padded pocket for lap top. Other useful pockets. Waterproof material in a lovely colour, it doesn’t look like a sports bag. Sturdy handles and shoulder strap. Plenty space for packing for a long weekend. Lightweight and easily stored on upper shelves on trains. And it was in the sale! I wish I had bought one sooner.

Having read reviews on different brands and styles I went for the hard case Antler thinking packing two sides would be a good idea and despite the high price point given favourable reviews of how these are so good went and ordered the cabin and medium size. What a disappointment. These cases are sold on the website as being lightweight, they aren’t at all, I’ve just returned from a few days away and the weight of the case with not much in was incredibly heavy and cumbersome. The zip pulls are incredibly badly designed and not easy to use at all I have no doubt teeth on the zip will soon give way. What worries me most is the medium was bought for my upcoming trip to the far east. This case weighs almost 4 kilos, so as the airlines there only allow 15 kilos for checked in luggage I can only fill it with 11kilos of luggage. I really wish I’d gone for a soft body, my husband’s Antler is large but super light I’m really worried how I’m going to manage with this on the trains too. Really do your homework before you decide and see how you can manage, the handle is very tight to the case and overall I’m really disappointed. I really appreciate the offer from Antler to offer me a refund on the case I haven’t as yet used, however my trip is now imminent and I just don’t have time to go case hunting so I have no option but to use this as it’s the only medium case I have. Thank you for responding however, this is definitely good customer service!
