This product was of superior quality. The quality of the product made putting it together very doable, and we accomplished it with great ease. I only wish that there was a bit more netting supplied. It was just enough and left no room for error.

The installation instructions for the cloth tops could be much better. We got the top on but with much difficulty

My ordering process was easy, ship ment was seamless, item arrived in timely manner. Pieces were labeled correctly only issue was the hole for vent for cutout was small had to enlarge.
My item was left out in the rain and was soaking wet by the time I got home to pick it up
My order came really quickly. And I was given the wrong roll of wire. I called and with out any hesitation sent me another one right away .These people are amazing really responsive and I would recomend them.

Not so much great, instructions were difficult to follow, not all of the items were labeled with numbers to correspond with instructions. Once together, was happy with the results.
The entire cloth fell apart when putting it on the frame. The tab pulled clear off on the corners
I never received the package, I ask for proof of delivery and haven’t received anything. Ask for another one to be shipped to my address, 5710 Thacker Dairy Road, or a refund, haven’t received that. If I don’t get a response by Monday , I will call my bank to dispute charges.
