The ordering process and delivery was fine. unfortunately the item I ordered was too small and I therefore returned the item. No problems with the refund and good communication.
Ordered some Birkenstock clogs and when they arrived one was very visibly a different colour to the other. Emailed their customer service team with a picture who in fairness responded quickly and advised the shoe may have being on display in one of the physical stores which seems very plausible. Any company that firstly sells display item online and secondly doesn't even bother to do a quality check before delivery to a customer speaks volumes so I will completely be avoided this company when it pops up on my feed again.
