We have used Appleyard a couple of times for flower deliveries and the recipients have always been pleased with their flowers. Appleyard are quick to respond to queries too.

Spent £70 on some roses and they arrived wilting, lasted about a day or two before more started wilting and were mostly dead within a few days. tried using the satisfaction guarantee and its useless they're not interested in helping just gave some general flower care tips, I regret using them should've stuck to my local florist as when i usually get flowers they last a few weeks. Edit: I've updated my review following a very positive interaction with Max Lazarus from Appleyard. After my initial disappointment, Max reached out and offered a replacement bouquet along with a refund. This gesture and the quick resolution of my issue were greatly appreciated and prompted me to change my rating to 5 stars. The situation was handled exceptionally well, restoring my faith in their customer service.
