Ordered an expensive smart French door freezer, their stocks had run out and they offered me the newest 2024 model, which is 2.5 times more expensive, for the same price! And they even delivered it during bank holiday!
Great price, quick payment and fantastic delivery service. A big thank you to Jerry and Martin for moving the huge American style fridge freezer through the restricted doorway and into the lower ground floor kitchen. I would highly recommend appliance city.

The delivery men arrived pre 8am but they were happy to wait for me to drop my little girl off and wait for the builders to arrive at 8am to take the delivery. The staff in the office were also very helpful where I did not receive the initial quote through email and they resent to a different email address maintaining the price. I will definitely recommend friends and family as and when they need new appliances

Our fridge freezer was delivered within your set timescale by a friendly helpful driver/delivery person. We are thrilled with the service and the product. Also from order to delivery communication was great. I'd order from Appliance City again for sure. I'd recommend them to friends too. Plus we love our new Liebherr Fridge/Freezer at a really great price!
Haier Fridge Freezer HDW3618DNPD Ordered handled well. I was kept informed by email for ever step. Good price, Delivered on time. Product though black is like a steel sheen, just what I wanted, doesn't look dark, as the light reflects off it. Masses of space inside...and although the same physical size as my last f/f, has more capacity both in the fridge and the freezer, whilst remaining economical. I hope it lasts as long as my last one of 26 years lol.
Awful delivery experience. We bought a tall fridge freezer and only one man came to delivery it. He called us 20 mins before arriving. He was very grumpy and started to swear when he could not find our place. He continued with this horrible attitude for the whole time. He could not fit the fridge freezer inside the lift and I had to help him out. How is that possible that this kind of items are delivered only by one person? He kept hitting the fridge freezer against the top of our door frames and instead of using his trolley to take it inside the kitchen he bent the fridge freezer over, scratching our floor and almost damaging the freezer door. Very horrible experience. Cheap price but delivery is awful. I do not recommend it.

Excellent Service from Appliance City. I bought numerous items so was given a discount and everything was delivered as agreed. Had to reject one item as it was damaged on delivery but Appliance City delivered a replacement very quickly. I would use this company again.
I ordered a Haier Heat Pump Dryer from Appliance City as they were cheaper than anywhere else, the dryer was delivered on time and it arrived in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would use Appliance City again without hesitation!

Ordered my Haier washing machine on the Sunday, it was delivered at 6.45am on the Tuesday morning by 2 guys called Ian & Matt. They were respectful of the property & very friendly. The lads removed my old washer and left the new one next to the space where it was to be installed. I was also kept informed every step of the way about delivery time. They called me and told me the arrival time, they were bang on time. I would certainly recommend Appliance city to friends & family
The goods that I ordered were delivered promptly and were placed in the position I wanted with great efficiency. The packaging was all removed and taken away and all at a fantastic price. What more could you ask for.
I liked the fact that the driver (Mr Hope) phoned the day before to give approximate time of delivery of white goods. He also phoned or texted on the day to confirm. Delivery man was pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend.
