I have been trying to contact them by phone only rings then hangs up! I have contacted them by email and chat still nothing about a refund-just a generic message or email! Will I ever talk to someone about a refund-probably not!! Buyer beware
AVOID AVOID AVOID. I waited 3 weeks for my wig to arrive, when it did it was a COMPLETELY different colour to the wig I ordered. It is so thin, you can see where the hair is sewn to the cap all along the hair line and the back! It’s shorter than the 18’’ I ordered. I emailed customer service for a refund the day I received the item, to be refused and told I could get $15 and a free gift with my next order?! No way am I ordering again. Their refund policy states you are entitled to a full refund without reason, in 7 days. I was then told $20 dollars and keep the wig, then told $25. I declined and asked for the money to be refunded to Klarna, to then be told my bank won’t accept that!? Such a WASTE of time and most of all money. This company was emailing me from CHINA and said if I post it back it will take up to 60 days to reach them so I shouldn’t do it. They talk absolute rubbish. Very disappointing! Funny how the negative reviews don’t get published on their website!!
The product came early but I paid for precut an it wasnt, came in a plastic bag not the nice boxes I saw online
I purchased 2 wigs on 5/ 8 . The wigs came and they both were Terrible. The company refuses to give me my money back. They keep sending emails saying it will be alright. The refuse to even acknowledge me asking them for a return label The reviews are bogus. PLEASE DONT BUY ANY HAIR FROM THIS COMPANY ! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN , BECAUSE THEY WONT LET YOU. I PUT OF 300 PLUS DOLLARS ..

The wig is excellent I felt that you lack communication and the postage time is long. Customers feels at ease when you are being updated about your purchase ommunications needs to improve which makes the postage process not long coz u know where your stuff is and can see makes customers less anxious

This is my first wig from Ashimary and I must say I am very impressed. My wig Arrived fast (ordered 4/24/24, received 4/29/24). Hair is full and so soft. My fingers go through with ease. I’ve had my curly lace for two weeks and so far so good. The cap size is perfect for my kind of small head. I love the pull strings inside to help make the wig fit tighter. It’s light and airy (doesn’t make my head feel hot). Plus I love the fact it comes pre-cut and bleached. I washed it for the first time last night and there was barely any shedding. This is the perfect wig for the summer. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Received on time. This wig was nothing like the picture at all. It's a glue less wig with no strap to hold the wig in place the lace looks really cheap. What was really disappointing is the how the company treated me when I asked to return it for a refund they refused to give me the address to send it back then they offered me gifts to keep the wig. After three or four emails begging for the address to return it they finally sent me an address they also told me several times it would take 60 days for the return to go throw and it would be a hassle for me to try and get a refund.
The hair is soft, length is exactly as described, no shedding and best of all, the hairline looks natural! Will definitely be ordering from this company soon.
