I found what I wanted online, but wasn't sure about the size. The store manager I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure I had the right size from her own shop, despite having a very busy day. She phoned me back as promised and posted the item promptly.
Beautiful dresses and wonderful customer service
The most dreadful customer service have ever experienced with an online purchase. No reply to a total of four emails/messages asking to cancel an order for over four days. Will never buy from them again. They tried to then phone and left a message saying they would email but didn't, and then didn't reply to other messages. I tried a total of three different email addresses too.

Everi without warning delivered y parcel I want in . They do not leave am option to deliver to a safe place I’ve tried to return am item today, but Londis said their machine couldn’t read it. The post office could not read it either I Ihave travelled 10 miles to return this parcel, so won’t be ordering again
I will never order mail order again. I paid 20 euros for express shipping and it took 4 days. (Not exactly express.) Then, the garment was too small (not true to size) and the garment material was super thin. I returned it by Priority Mail and 8 days ago I received a message that I would receive my refund (-20) within 2-3 working days. It is now day 6. I have emailed customer service, and a reply said they would get back to me in two days. Still waiting. I called. And then they forced me to leave a message. Poor quality customer service.
I still have not received my order so I cannot rate it
I just love Aspiga dresses, the are so comfortable and I feel so good when I wear one.

No problem with the company, very pleasant and helpful. I have had several items from them before which have been lovely, however, this time I ordered the Charlotte cornflower dress. When it arrived it was extremely crumpled which you would expect with linen but I have to say it did look awful! The material felt very rough and cheap looking which for £140 you don’t really expect. So disappointingly had to return
A friend and I visited the Haslemere store and were swept away with the enthusiasm of your store manager. She knew the fit of the clothes well making recommendations for the sizes we’d need and showed us items not out on show. We had only popped in to browse but enjoyed it so much we both brought several outfits!! This is how face to face retail should be.

What an incredible Manager you have in Haslemere. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my order should arrive before next week.
I mistakenly ordered a M shirt for my husband. I realised this immediately but it was impossible to stop it as your customer relations take a day+ to reply. I agreed that when it came I would send the receipt for the free exchange after which you would send me an XL. This was for my husband's birthday. On the day he opened another M size shirt. We are now away for 10 days. I emailed customer services saying what I propose. Depending on the response I will update my review.
