Shout out to Chloe at the Kingston store who is an amazing piercer, had my 5th piercing done with her yesterday and she's so nice, explains everything clearly and advises you in an honest manner. Super calm and makes you feel at ease with great after piercing advice. I'll be back for more I'm sure...

I am so glad I found Astrid & Miyu. I am quite selective with my jewellery but they manage to deliver every single time. Their products are absolutely stunning, great quality and arrive in lovely packaging. I’ve only ever bought items for myself but they would make the perfect gift for someone special too. I’ve got a little wish list that I’m hoping to work my way through as they have so many lovely things 🥰 If you’re on the fence, do it, treat yourself or a loved one. You won’t regret it.
The customer service is second to none that I received from Charelle, who quickly resolved an issue I had. I didn’t know real people existed behind these brands but they do and genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase.
I recently had my ear pierced at Astrid and Miyu. My daughter and I love their jewellery. As a treat I decided to get my ears pierced there. Sofia my piercer was lovely and friendly. She clearly explained what she was going to do and everything was really clean. The piercing was quick and over before I knew it! Thank you 😊
I love Astrid & Miyu and have done for many years. I mainly buy their earrings as they always have such beautiful designs. My daughter and I went to NYC last year and got matching welded bracelets. The service there and in UK stores is outstanding. Well done A&M, you all have built a wonderful brand.

After being given a gift voucher by a friend to get matching piercings for my 30th birthday we finally made the trip to the Kingston store today to get these done! I had my conch and a lobe stack pierced with Chloe and a jewellery change on an existing piercing. Chloe explained everything really clearly and was super gentle which made for a pretty much pain free experience! Can’t wait to come back and get my conch piercing changed to a hoop when it’s healed and replace all my other piercings with some more beaut Astrid & Miyu pieces and build the ear stack of dreams 😍 and if I can then fit some more piercings in I’ll be definitely be booking back in with Chloe to grow my stack!
Staff in leeds store need alot of work on customer service, friendly, professional manner towards customers, 1st Experience was earlier in the year when me and a friend booked a girls day out and wanted to go get piercings, excited for the occasion as thought Astrid and Miyu was going to be the best piercing experience to date. We were wrong the piercers attitude was very cold and gave the impression she wasn’t really interested and just wanted to get us done and out of the way. (The shop was quite) mid week appointment and didn’t feel like we got the advise/ friendly manner we expected to be met with. We had the piercings but left feeling deflated and a flat over the whole experience. I returned a few months later for a re size on my piercing, for the piercer to not be in due to illness which can’t be helped. But did stress I had travelled to get this done and asked if I could just take the smaller size and switch it myself. To which I was told that could not be done as the piercer wasn’t in ( don’t really understand why that would be a problem) I was then told i could buy the smaller size and take away for a extra £45…. But couldn’t get it swapped like I should have had done for £10 service they offer to downsize.. This made no sense whatsoever, as I had already paid £45 for the piercing initially so wasn’t going to buy it again . All I wanted was the smaller bar as advised to swap after healing. The staff seemed very under confident when I questioned this matter, after seeming very confident on initial arrival. I was with my mum who commented on the service or lack of sympathy/ problem solving once we had left the shop. To which i said yes both experiences have left me dissatisfied and not up to scratch. I could enclose a lot more information about my 1st experience but don’t feel like this is the place to slander. But happy to fill Astrid and Miyu in more if they wish to contact me. I love the jewellery and concept of the store but for me it’s just not living up to the social media hype. Such a shame.

Charelle in the customer service team came back to me super quickly and sorted my issue but was also so lovely and gave me all the advise I would need. The lady who did my piercing was also extremely lovely. I have a serve needle phobia it’s taken me a while to build up the courage to get these done but Astrid and Miyu were so wonderful! Can’t wait to shop for plenty more earrings again soon!!
Not only do they make amazing jewellery, their customer service team are fantastic. Had a query on my account, they came back to me really quickly and resolved my query with no issue. Nice to deal with a company that cares about the customer.
I got a pair of the crystal star hoop earrings for my birthday and one of the backs snapped . Emailed customer services to see if I could get a replacement or send them away to be fixed. They needed the receipt which I didn’t have but I had sent them a photo of the earrings along with the box they came in. These were obviously faulty but as I didn’t have the receipt they couldn’t help me. Very unhelpful as I really liked them and cost my friend around £65 for them to just snap!
