Order a car seat over 4 weeks ago. On website it says 7-10 working days. Still wait baby is due in 6 days, contacted the company and they are totally useless. Can't come up with a tracking number for a £500 item , and just keep fobbing us off, do not buy from these cowboys
After some suggestions from others, went to the shop today with my partner, mum & sister. Very welcoming from the offset, we were helped by Abby who asked what we were looking for & what our requirements were, from there she gave us multiple demos on prams & car seats until we found one that was perfect for us. She also recommended us the best ‘next to me’ cots which we also picked. Even better that the shop will hold all of your items until a month before your due date with flexibility if you give birth earlier then expected. Overall amazing experience & fantastic staff! Will definitely be going back & recommending to others

Ordered a cot bed with next week delivery. Then got an email to say it couldn't be delivered until the last week of June (10 weeks away). Bloody annoying, sort your website out and stop wasting people's time. You may not be aware, but parents with young babies aren't swimming in freetime to sort this sort of crap out!
Poor order tracking makes you very uneasy about the delivery of expensive products.

Had a small problem with delivery and a slight lack of communication. I had to email for an update. However, the update was swiftly given with apology the next working day. The delivery was very swift once stock arrived at the store. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from Baby & Co.

Complete waste of time. Selling items that are not in stock. No initiative whatsoever to keep the customer updated. When you call them it's just an excuse after excuse blaming shipping from abroad. In the end they didn't ship the pushchair because the cup holder was missing! Again no phone call to advise what's going on, they could have easily send it separately. Wasted weeks of my time. Finally got refund from PayPal. Bought elsewhere and had it delivered within days.
This is my first time ordering from this company and the experience has been fantastic. Firstly, This company were far cheaper than any other retailer around. I ordered my item on the understanding it was currently not in stock, but would be in 7-10 working days. On the 9th day, I decided to call to see if there were any updates. I got straight through to a lady who was very professional, friendly and helpful. The lady I spoke to gave me a full update which I was very happy with. My order arrived promptly today and is fantastic. This company have offered a really excellent service and I will certainly use them again.
Really great service and lovely experience. We have a 4 month old, and prior to his arrival went to the well known department store to look at prams etc and felt completely overwhelmed! We were kindly given a hand-me-down pram and decided we’d like to make our own purchase, went to baby & co and it was just lovely, really friendly and highly knowledgeable staff, no pressure to buy, really understanding and excellent opportunity to test and see the wide range of prams in action, would definitely recommend!
Great products, great prices, great people. But communication could have been more forthcoming on shipping delays for items coming direct from suppliers, rather than leaving customers to chase why an item was arriving 2 weeks later than expected. Other than that it would be 5 stars.
I was given all the information needed to make my choice on a new car seat for my little one and the customer service was lovely too.
