I have been a customer of BR for around 10 years for my local Girlguiding Unit and always rated them previously. However i have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the products in the last year. Just in the last year ive had wooden kits where things didnt fit together at all (slots that werent aligned at all or too big to slot in, "adhesive" things being completely unadhesive and now my latest order, sewing kits with no holes... supposedly kits make it easier - mine was much more difficult because there was no holes to sew, so 3 hours of work before i even give the kits to the children! Really put off BR in the last 6 months!
I thought that a sewing kit to make sea gulls would include what was required to make them but there was no glue 🙁 for the wings!
