The item I received was not the item I ordered. When I wrote to ask to return it, I was told that I had missed the return window -- by less than 24 hours (I just got back home from a trip). Truly terrible customer experience.

Very slow to ship the item, they set up the order but didn't mail it for a week. Would not have minded if the shipping was free, but I paid for express service and it took two weeks. It did arrive as promised, but took a while.
I thought my shoes were made in Italy but the tag says "made in China". I feel cheated and lied to.
I never received the prepaid return label that I requested, wanted to get a different size.
