Order placed and was told they could hold it until the fitters were ready. It was delivered anyway two weeks later and comes to light there is a part missing from the bath suite. Raised to customer service over the phone and email twice, but zero response which is holding up the fitters and costing money each day. Would not recommend.
Bronnagh was so obliging kind and helpful sorted me out so quickly. I was so lost in trying to find what I was looking for until she took over. Great staff member 👏👏👏👏

Popped in to the Belfast branch today looking for some information regarding shower panels and the lady, Colleen Williamson, could not have been more helpful or pleasant. No heavy sales talk but told us all we needed to know and a quote was emailed by the time we returned home. Excellent.
An utterly unacceptable service. I’ve ordered 3 times recently from bathshack. If you don’t have any problems with your order then they’re ok. If there is a problem then brace yourself for some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve chased them for over a week trying to get my delayed order dispatched. When it was finally delivered only part of the order arrived. Despite the order arriving early in the day, I am still waiting to be called back to rectify the matter. The company shows utter disinterest in providing a good service
Placed an order 17/3/24, came 2 weeks late as they did not have the correct number on system despite me only submitting one. When order arrived one part missing (flush plate) Finally got them to agree to send another alas no sign of it (2 months and counting) and can't get in touch with customer service. I would wholeheartedly recommend you do not use this company
Ever since we entered into the shop until this second, Mr Gavin was extremely helpful and attentive and supportive towards us. They provided with excellent services and high quality products. Delivery was on time and the staff who delivered was also very kind and extremely helpful. Mathew also helped us a lot during our time there.

Ordered an in stock item which should have been delivered in 3 days. Got an email after the 3 days saying it was delayed for 3 weeks until the end of March. Then after 3 weeks I'd heard nothing only to be told it was delayed a further month to the end of April. At the end of April, still nothing. Customer service the told me it was going to be the end of June. Requested a refund and asked to raise a complaint but don't feel it was taken seriously or resolved to my satisfaction at all! Avoid!
I've placed an order for 2 set of tiles on 21st April 2024. Received 2 email confirming my order and information about new computers system at despatch which may create a bit of delay, however as soon as my order is ready to be dispatched I will be contacted....nearly 3 weeks later I've received no communication whatsoever! Called company number of times to receive rude response from people who sounds not interested at all! Sent email to Customer service ...again only automated response "we received high volume of messages etc" no response again. Get angry and have Called first in the morning, lady I spoken to promised to sorted out by 1pm and to let ne know...again nothing! Called again following day to find out that in fact they don't know why noone told me but tiles I've ordered now they can't find enough even when system shows correct stock...JOKE! I've cancelled my order immediately, never again...avoid this company big way! Bare in mind I'm still waiting for refund and day after order was cancelled I've received email from dispatch that my order has now been pick up and I will be contacted shortly re delivery. What a disaster 😑!!!!! Save yourself a lot of stress and shop elsewhere. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!!
i ordered online, had no problems with getting exactly what i wanted. It arrrived on time as promised. The product arrived in good condition.
I am only giving 5 stars as a review based on the way Glenda looked after me over the phone. She was so efficient, trustworthy and understanding. I had a terrible experience with false information from other staff members regarding my delivery. Glenda went above and beyond for me even though I originally dealt with the Dublin office and she was based in Belfast. She had constant contact with me and reassured me and put me at ease. She deserves a medal for outstanding customer service. She is a credit to the business and if more companies had people like her we would find it so easy to deal with companies.

Excellent customer service and support. I bought all my bathroom stuff from bathshack for my house renovation. One of the shower screens shattered when trying to install it. Bathshack Cork replied to my email queries very quickly and offered a replacement free of charge when my issue wasn't cover by the equipment guarantee. I am very impressed and appreciate the help and assistance offered by the staff in Cork and would highly recommend them if you are doing up your home.

Misinformed about when I might have the products my customer wanted. I was told 2 weeks for everything and 5 weeks later I'm still waiting for a couple of items. As a professional bathroom fitter I cannot accept this level of service. I won't ever engage with any customer who wishes to use products from bathshack. Never again.
