I was ordering individual initial bracelets for a girls party. I thought I had covered all the initials. I sent the order. Five minutes later I remembered I did not order one bracelet for a very special friend. I could not leave her out. But I also did not want to pay the shipping on one when I just ordered 14. I contacted the customer service department and within minutes they responded to my email. They told me to place the order and they would credit my account for the shipping. Which was absolutely fine with me. That’s exactly what I wanted. Their response time and how they detailed how the credit would come back onto my account was exceptional and I know all my girlfriends will love the bracelet. And I’m gonna tell them how amazing this company is. Top notch customer service
I had an order back in August and I’ve loved the jelly bracelet, but unfortunately the bracelet just broke. I haven’t worn it very many times and the rest of it is in good shape. The plastic just snapped. Very disappointed. Customer service was willing to give me a 15% but the website was having 20% for custom Jewelry. Haha so that does really help.

I purchased a custom nameplate necklace for my daughter for Christmas, she absolutely loved it and wore it almost every day. Until unfortunately the chain broke.
