This is the 4th time i’ve purchased from this company, and again, i love the hair. the unit is so soft and the baby hairs are perfect! this hair is so gorgeous whether it’s wet or dry. perfect summer color, too. there was a slight smell to it, but it goes away after a wash.

This wig purchase was by far the best one ever. Hair was very soft and there was minimal shedding. Easy to install and shipping/receiving time was very quick. I have purchased many wigs and will purchase more from this company.
Absolute worst. I am trying to make a return and they make it impossible to do so. They tell you to fill out a return application form, which is nowhere to be found. They don't answer the phone and their whatsapp refers you to email them - where they don't respond either. Don't purchase anything from this website.
Whatever you decide to purchase is exactly what you will get in the mail. No long delivery, no smell, minimal shedding.
I am so glad i found this company! They reply fast and their communation is so effective! If there is a issue they immediately try their best to solve it and give you an alternative. On top of that their hair is so soft and looks natural. I dont have do to much to make it look natural. And the shipping was also really fast. All in all i have no complaints.
I ordered my bday hair through beauty forever and unfortunately someone stole my package so I couldn’t wear my hair for my bday. I have an issue with package thieves in my area and wasn’t home at the time my package was delivered so unfortunately it was sitting out for the taking. I got in contact with customer service and they took a little bit to respond- once they did I had to file a claim and still wait for a response. They offered me only 50% refund or to reship the hair free of charge. I didn’t appreciate the 50% refund because once again, it’s my bday hair. Didn’t get to wear it on my bday…. I took the reship offer and asked for express- at first the tried to ask me to pay for it but eventually they agreed to cover that and ship a replacement. I made sure I was home for that package! Overall hair quality so far looks awesome so I’m kinda sad that I had to do an emergency style for my bday. 4/5 stars I’ll order from them again & recommend.

Thick and Full hair! I love the shine it has. I would not cut the wefts as cutting wefts creates tangling and shedding. Overall I’ve used this hair plenty times with 3- 22inch & 3-24 inches. true to length and thick down to the ends. It blends very well with my natural hair.

So the shipping was faster than I expected. I ordered on Sunday, it shipped out on Tuesday and I received it on Friday. It’s soft, true to length and the lace is great it’s truly wear and go with a little makeup. I added baby hair because I suck at making it look natural so I’m glad they offered that option. Over all I’m satisfied. My only note is that I’ll probably add a few tracks for extra fullness so if you like your hair full you have to consider that you may need to buy extra hair in the price of the wig.
I made my purchase. As soon as I hit pay now this company took the money out of my account. Then they sent a confirmation email. On their site it says canceled. I’ve been reaching out and no response. I’m so not happy!!!
I am honestly giving this website a 1 because they are giving me the run around when I am trying to return 2 wigs that was not what was listed. DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE CAUSE THEY ARE NO HELP. NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE WITH MY BANK
I know an influencer they sent a curly wig to and paid her to review the wig. The quality of the wig was really nice thick and full. She gave me the wig after she did the review. As the wig got old and it was time for a new wig I went online and ordered the same curly wig for $250 within a couple of weeks the wig had bald spots. I contacted Beauty Forever and told them how horrible the wig was. I ordered a second wig thinking I had just received a bad wig, nope same thing happened to the second wig. I will never shop with them again I wasted $500. So what I realize is they send these influencers good quality wigs so they can give a grand review to lure in customers then send their customers that purchase the wigs low quality wigs. I told them when I contacted them the first time that if the second wig is bad I'm going to write a review. They didn't care apparently and still sent me a poor quality wig.
I stepped out my comfort zone with this wig and I have no regrets! I love this hair, it's true to color, true to length and shipping was fast. Every wig I have received from Beautyforever have been great. Very Happy customer
My wig was not the 18 inches it described and it looks like a Jerry curl. I have called, emailed, and now posting this review. I want my money back and to send this unit back immediately. I will not go business with this company and will not suggest this company to anyone I know. The will not respond to me and have been calling and emailing since Feb 27 with no response.
My first human hair wig was extremely nervous but it's exactly what I wanted 💆😍
I ordered a 200 dollars wig from them a few weeks ago and it was a beautiful soft wig. Minimum tangles but I noticed a bit of shedding. I brushed it off thinking maybe I just brushed it a bit too hard. No big deal until I washed it. Hair came out like crazy. My brush is full of hair and the lace front looks as though it has alopecia. It’s unfortunate because I really like this hair.
My experience with Beautyforever was great and still is. Everything comes just like it's explained on the website. No regrets Love It!
