Absolutely outstanding service from Beauty Works. My clip-in extensions I ordered for my wedding went missing as the courier said they’d been delivered when they hadn’t been. I spoke to customer services and they sent out replacement hair within 24 hours (thankfully with a reliable courier) The clip-ins are absolutely beautiful and completely perfect for my wedding. Beauty works Aries hairdryer worked fine for 18 months then stopped checked all the usual causes no obvious fault just not turning on - for £170 I would expect it to last longer got in touch but as it’s out of 12 month warranty best they could do was offer me a £20 voucher not good enough for such an expensive purchase
I bought their £100 Molly Mae hair straighteners. The product that was delivered was in a disgusting condition and had obviously had a lot of use already, it was stained, scratched, scorched and very worn. When I first discovered this I felt very cheated that they would send me a dirty old used product. Waiting for a refund...

After placing my order I was excited to receive my hair product, I managed to use the discount code from the page and bagged an extra 15% off. My items arrives and 2 bottles were damaged inside the box and inside the bag, they had leaked and were a mess! I contacted the customer care team and got a fast reply and an apology.They asked to send photos and I did and sent out replacement items immediately, no ifs or buts! Just replaced with new, that's how you do customer service. Next day delivery on my items too! Customer care at its finest. I'll definitely be back as I feel I can trust I'll be a customer and not a number. The shampoo and conditioner is also the best I e known in a long time. Makes your hair silky smooth.

RICHTIG SAUER ! DIE haben MIR eine falsche Farbe geschickt und ich soll den Rückversicherer selber von über 30€ bezahlen HÄ?! Die haben doch nen Fehler gemacht ? Nie wieder !! So oft da bestellt und dann sowas ? Nie wieder ! Und egal was hier jetzt für ne Antwort von den kommt ich habe sie bereits kontaktiert! Ich muss es selbst zahlen oder die schicken mir ein Rücksende Label und das wird mir anschließend in Rechnung gestellt ? ÄÄÄHHH Hallo ?? Ihr habt den Fehler gemacht und es ist mir egal wie oft die Bewertung gelöscht wird ich werde sie immer wieder neu schreiben ! An Trustpilot habe ich schon Beweise geschickt ! Einfach ne Frechheit !
