BeautyBay is generally very quick at dispatching items and with a haul pass getting things quickly is mostly really easy. I love being able to get products quickly and read reviews on the products before I make my choice. The only thing I've had problems with in the past is the carrier who (in my area) can be very temperamental. Whilst my beauty products generally aren't an emergency, if I buy a last minute present for a friend it can be annoying when the next day delivery doesn't work out. However, BeautyBay have always been good with helping out and dealing with this.

I cannot for the life of me find a contact number to speak to someone from beauty bay. I have ordered some makeup for holiday which I am leaving tomorrow I ordered this two days ago and got next day delivery and my order HAS YET not come through. Everi is saying to contact beauty bay but I cant. This is absolutely ridiculous there should be an option to speak to someone instead of a robot which does not understand what I am saying.
Got my delivery today. Box arrived open and too big for the contents. I was surprised by the amount of rubbish was in the box. It looked like the products were thrown into box and a bunch of paper was thrown on top. They used to come in smaller boxes nicely and tightly packed with receipt and list of products ordered. Also, no matter how many times I ordered for next day delivery it has always been more than two days. (I live in a big city). If it is not urgent to get your stuff, then don’t waste your money on that. Besides that the products range is always good but I think I will start getting my stuff elsewhere.

I generally love Beauty Bay and do most of my beauty purchases with them. This time I received an incomplete order and it’s been impossible to contact their customer service. X message has been unanswered and on the online chat on their website doesn’t understand ‘incomplete order’ prompt
I made an order befor 14 dass i dont have till set packet or information where my packet is. I try to contact help centre … but I get any answer. Robot on website doesn’t work to. So I am very very disappointed ☹️🤬
