Very easy to order,simple to follow website. Would highly recommend Just very annoyed with the delivery.Slot was booked for 12:24-14:24 and didn’t arrive till 16:15 and earlier in the morning the tracker showed the driver 3 streets away how does this happen Very annoying

never-ending story with Bedstar! now after our move -we decided to swap one mattress- as they offered us 8 weeks ago for 79.00 pounds because metal pieces are coming out of the mattress which is indeed very dangerous!!! here is what their one person-customer-service answered: Good Afternoon The supplier has just come back to me, and the total cost is £200 this includes the delivery and collection charge as our supplier will be using their dedicated courier service. If you would like to go ahead with this, please contact me on the Payment Line 01423 276206.Alternatively, you can return the mattress to our supplier and collect your replacement at the cost of £80.00. Please note the delivery time scales, the suppliers would handover to the 3rd party courier on the 15th May and they would then contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. If we miss the 15th, it would be a further 2-3 weeks, Please advise how you would like to proceed. this is unbelievable!!! offering no customer service is much better than this! 200 pounds for a faulty mattress -warranty swap!!!
