Bought a pair of boots as a "big scary birthday" present to myself. So glad I did. Service is superb, not only fast but with a prepaid returns label. No chance of me needing it as the boots are not only beautiful but sublimely comfortable. I’ll be back for my next big scary birthday ... or even before that!

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, one hour later I got an email saying they had been dispatched and tracking number. That is the best damn service I have seen ordering online. Dispatched within an hour!!!! My daughter will be so happy to get her shoes so soon. I will definitely be ordering ago, think I will make it my go to shoe shop now.

Begg shoes are a honest group of shops offering a mail order service. I don't normally bother writing reviews but after an awful experience with another company (orthoback.com) feel its important to report when you deal with a company who strive to do their best. 1 received what i ordered 2 prompt delivery 3 returns & terms etc clearly stated and fair. 4 All reviews readable - they don't delete the bad ones. Well done Begg shoes. I will no doubt order again. DB.
Excellent customer service. Advised me re suitable boots for wider calves and found out the height of the boots I was interested in (a detail usually not given on websites). So I was able to select boots that fitted first go. I will certainly use this company again in the future.
I give Begg shoes first class for customer service. I ordered a pair of black Rieker boots,which were delivered on time but unfortunately there was a fault in the left boot,ringing the store I spoke to Louise, who promptly sorted it for me. I sent them back on Tuesday 16 January and had a replacement sent which arrived on Thursday 18th, which are perfect.. Thank you to Louise and all the team at Begg shoes, highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. I have purchased a few items with Beggs Shoes over the years and had an issue with last pair of boots purchased. Sent an email on 14 December and received a replacement pair on 21 December. The whole process was seamless with great personal touch from Louise and team. Highly recommend Beggs Shoes.
