My Frencie was used to raw food but needed lots of encouragement and extras to finish eating. I searched for another raw supplier with good nutrient content and came across Bella and Duke. She has had a months supply so far and is one happy pup! She loves her meals and there are no left overs anymore. Thank you for making mealtimes pleasurable again!

Deliveries have always been on time (as per arrangement/digital correspondence) and with food still completely frozen. Lemmy loves his Raw food . Finally no fussing around. He’s a very active BC and has always looked on the skinny side but he looks top notch now .
Bella & Duke make ordering super easy and my cat absolutely loves the food and eats every bit! I’ve tried other brands and this is definitely the best. The food looks good even to me so I am not surprised the cat wolfs it down. The food is delivered well and the courier keeps you posted about delivery time etc You can pause your deliveries and everything is easily changed. I recently had to get in touch and customer service were super helpful.

I have been using Bella and Duke for 3 years and absolutely no complaints or problems other than one loss by the courier company but B&D dispatched a replacement order immediately

The raw for cats is great, really good variety and quality. Customer service is excellent.
The fact that my dog becomes healthier and happier says everything. Healthier - better stamina, temper and digestion; Happier - obviously more eager to eat the food than before, and most importantly all of a sudden my dog would not pick up or eat the random "food" he finds on the playground anymore.
Ordered from bella & Duke, great quick delivery and value for money. Sadly my doggy didn't like the raw diet. Easy to cancel the subscription. Really friendly customer service.
Puppy had no issues at all with the switch to raw. I think B&D’s customer service is the best I have ever encountered! You get a welcome call to check everything is as it should be and their help and feedback on their FB group and website has been greatly appreciated and extremely helpful

Used to feed both dogs on a mix of dry and tinned of the shelf food. Worked ok, was introduced to raw feed by my vet, did some research on raw food diet for dogs, more like kids in our family. Found and read lots of reviews some for some against. Decided to try Bella and Duke looked at thier web site and used their feeding tool. Dogs took to it with no problems. Clean bowls and wagging tails.
Food for our dog always arrives on schedule and still frozen! We have been using Bella and Duke for at least a year now and not had any problems. Ready made packs are easy to use and store. Food is of excellent quality and our dog enjoys it very much.
We have struggled for years to find something our dogs will eat consistently. Although they have a tendency to "go off" food after a while, we're not seeing that with the raw food. It is consumed immediately rather than sitting there for several hours where the dogs return to 'graze'.
Great raw food (my GSD x Chow Chow sheds a little less now). Compact and easy to store in freezer, and defrosts easily overnight in the fridge. Easy to manage subscription. Great add on products. Mine loves the venison strips and fluffy rabbit ears. Plus she eats the Greens herby supplement on her raw food without a quibble.
