The star is only for the customer service that advised me on my order but the quality of the Hygge stove and water heater are deplorable. i used the water heater for the first time yesterday and apart from the fact that it is rusty inside,i it also leaks and became misshapen. It is utterly useless but I no longer have the packaging and doubt if you would refund as I bought it back in October. i should have put £100 on the fire as it would have been more useful. The Hygge stove has a gap at the door and the door catch fell off after the first use. Also, for some reason it moves out of place when hot and has to be pushed back; frightening. Very disappointed and I will replace it soon. The sales lady was very pleasant and helpful but I will not recommend the products.
