I have bought several items of clothing from Bergfreunde. They have been of high quality. Ordering has been straighforward and delivery prompt. My most recent purchase of walking zip trousers are very good quality. However, they were described as women's trousers, in women's size and when they arrive this was also on the description. When I tried them on I found that the fit was perfect appart from the waist, which is too large. When I looked at the description inside the trouse waistband it was described as unisex. I liked the trousers so much that I have bought a belt to support them.
Exactly what I wanted, fast delivery without any hassle, just stumbled on the package outside my door one morning. Gonna order again! P.S. Please add more color options for the ocun pants!

Absolutely appalling customer care. Been waiting 11 working days for my delivery to Ireland, have been on the phone numerous times to track it.. 1st time I was told that I was being impatient, the second time they said their computers went down all of a sudden and that I'd get a callback within the hour ( never happened )and when I called today they said they can't trace it and all they can offer is a refund but it can take weeks... I understand these things happen but the customer service was abysmal, will not be shopping here in future..highly dissatisfied
