My fleece wasn’t delivered by EVRI but when I called Berghaus customer service after waiting to speak to an advisor I was cut off so had to call back and I eventually spoke to an advisor called Tom who was very helpful and arranged another delivery However he did look at the original EVRi notes which said the parcel had been left in the blue bottle refuse bin to which no parcel had been left I also had no card or email from Evri advising this ,I received the second fleece but received no email advising when the parcel would be delivered and luckily my wife was at home , I had to return the fleece as it was too large and hopefully EVRi will deliver it back to Berghaus but I don’t hold much hope on that so unfortunately my experience with Berghaus and EVRi was not at all what I expected

Good all round service
The coat arrived quickly, wasan excellent price in the sake and looks better than the advert. It was described as brown but I'd call it a very dark maroon, which is a better colour. The fit was excellent and I was very pleased as I wasn't sure if I was ordering the right size looking at the reviews. I can only conclude the people who said the fitting was small have actually ordered a size smaller than they were. Nice and lightweight and good quality. I wear a lot of outdoor stuff and frequently buy Berghaus, I've never been disappointed.
Editing my review, hat finally arrived which is great, but took a bit long to arrive (2 weeks). Overall happy.

The gilet is good quality. It’s a little odd it doesn’t have an inner pocket, I guess there’s a reason for it? I’m getting use to it. It’s long and fairly big for the size, but it’s okay. I might have gone down one size. I wish it was available in Navy color. It’s my first Berghaus product, but it will not be the last. Delivery was a little slow. A little more than a week. It came from UK to Denmark. It spent 3-4 days in the Nederland's, for custom's I guess.
