Milano Aruba - Anthracite Is a lovely looking radiator, very well made. Despite a mixup with the courier company BestHeating customer services were very helpful and understanding. They chased the courier on my behalf who delivered a day later.
Our radiator was delayed in transit but best heating organised a replacement without any problem at all It was sent next day delivery as I'd arranged trades to be on site. I would highly recommend this company, great customer service, thank you to the team 🙂

Delivery on time and good condition
On opening the box I found that one of the radiators was damaged. I took a photo of it and sent it to the company. I received an email at 8am next day with an apology and they said they would send another radiator in its place. Fantastic service.

Product good, company professional & helpful. Let down by delivery. I paid extra for a set date & there was only part delivery. That charge was refunded but the fitting process was delayed. Suggest a change of courier.

I was in the process of ordering two radiators and had them in my basket but held off progressing the transaction pending a reply from my builder which only came the following day. In the interim, the discount period ended. I spoke to Freya and her supervisor without hesitation approved the discount. Freya then set up my account and applied the applicable pricing. I am very impressed.
