After only 2years of use two of the pool support legs have rusted through. Bestway do not sell spare parts. Their customer support suggested that I search Amazon or EBay to try to find the legs. I will not be buying Bestway products again.
Brilliant, big pool ready for our big family. Excellent quality and great delivery time too. Thank you. We will be making the most of the sunny weather in our huge pool. 🙂
I can only comment on the delivery of the Swimfit kit as I haven't finished my pool project and installed it yet.

Good service, but order split into two parcels, delivered on different days. It would have been helpful if this had been made clear. Evri delivery not the best.
Bought a Kayak Hydro force elite 2 in September last year. It’s only been used a handful of times as it’s been winter so to cold to use. It has had 3 punctures which I have repaired. So not really durable. We are careful but river beds have stones and branches. That isn’t really the issue though I have given a one star because it has a leaky valve so slowly deflates whilst being used. First I just assumed I hadn’t pumped it up enough but nope I can hear air coming out the valve. Bestway do not offer warranties on kayaks so basically just lost my money on a faulty product.
We bought a blow up electric air bed the pump is leaking telephone to try resolve the problem not one interesting telling me I have to go back to the retailer the retailer is in the retailer is in the Isle of Wight I live 20 minutes away from where they manufacturer these it is a best way product and they're telling me they cannot do anything to sort of this out

Pump of Lay Z SPA Milan stopped working and once I reported it, I received a phone call and with face time I showed where it was plugged and the display. The following day I received an email confirming that they will replace it as soon ascI send them pictures of the cable being cut (their requirement) following day another email confirming that the pictures were OK and that a new pump will be delivered Great service. Not used to this kind of efficiency for a big company.
You wouldn’t stop asking for a review so here one is.
Quality and price
Once we got our head around the instructions for videos and pics showing our issues the whole experience was incredible. Almost daily communication either by phone or email with updates about where our process was. The product was reviewed and replaced so quickly we have been incredibly impressed!
The repair patches did not work as described. The leak was from a very tiny hole which had been caused on a crease inside the box when packaged. Your delivery times are prompt but the product is a waste of time
