Recipient liked small box of scones I was a little disappointed as it did jot get delivered until near 6pm

Received this hamper as a form of compensation for a bad experience to do with poor handling of allergens at the Harrogate tearoom (nut & gluten allergies) and terrible service and instead of offering a partial refund the company sent us this hamper that contains items with gluten & nuts in! Almost laughable!

Placed an order for delivery as a surprise birthday gift, but nothing arrived and no correspondence was received. When I emailed I was informed the package was damaged during delivery and therefore returned. I don’t believe that I would have heard anything without my enquiry.
