Excellent service. Had 3 tvs from Beyond Television and all had next day free delivery. When the first one was not delivered as promised, a phone call to their customer service sorted the problem and it came the day after.

Not to be trusted! Two negative separate buying experiences from Reliant unknowingly online, also known as Beyond television! Deceitful and cause inconvenience and greedy. Because I've managed to buy a product that's twice as powerful and cost £55 less, even tho their product was £90 less, twice purchased, as above, and In stock at time of purchases, 1 day after they cancelled my order! via Amazon link from email.
Great customer service from John Askew at Beyond, who quickly and proactively reached out to clarify my tv order details and ensure I got next day delivery. TV arrived next day with no issues. Overall a great end to end experience with this company.
I purchased an LG 65 Inch television, but my purchased was held by Paypal for 24 hours. During this process, John Askew from Sales communicated with me back and forward till my issue was resolved. The TV I purchased was on sale at other retailers for a much higher price. The order system was easy and the delivery was quick. I did not receive a confirmation email of the order but a quick call to the company resolved this immediately. The delivery guys were great and text delivery information the evening before delivery and called us prior to delivery. TV is great. Can definitely recommend Beyond Television and will use them again.
Although I didn't receive a conformation/receipt email or any notifications from the delivery company, both were sorted out very quickly when I contacted them. Great product (Samsung TV), at a very competitive price. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
