GREAT BOOK, GREAT CONDITION & TIMELY SHIPPING!!! EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!đ
The book I bought was described as Like New. It arrived with 56 pages ripped out, and more damaged.
Paid for a book but requested additional shipping fee which was after the purchased. I requested a refund as it was just too expensive for the additional shipping fee. but have been ignored, please provide me my refund.
Cordialement Olivier
They purposely sent my book to the wrong address
I was looking for this rare and outstanding photo book for a long time and found a copy in Biblio for a fair price. The book condition totally matches the description. Great and safe packing, updates on the order status and fast delivery. I will definitely come back to Biblio in a near future as I normally only purchase used books.
Their search engine is as general or specific as you want. Each book is listed under the actual vendor, with that copy's individual details. Those details also go beyond the typical, giving confidence in selection. Sellers are rated on the customer's experience, not the product; an aspect that also engenders confidence in purchasing. I've bought from approx 10 different sellers, some domestic, some across the pond, and all have been communicative, shipped quickly and packaged the books securely.
1 star is too many! So, you've lost my book! No explanation! Not even a half-hearted apology! This is how you treat your customers is it? To say I'm disappointed is an understatement - furious is more appropriate. I have recieved my refund, I suppose you expect me to be grateful? Well I'm not! I needed THAT BOOK! What am I supposed to do now? A refund isn't going to help me find another one and put it in my hands before 9th March! You have clearly made absolutely no effort to locate my book. Can't be bothered? Quite how you manage to run your business is beyond me. Its pathetic! Why do you insist on using Asendia, when they are quite literally the worst international courier in the world? The reviews on Trust pilot (among others) speak for themselves, 1.6 stars - bad! But you already know that. They consistently fail. They would try to tell me that its "very rare" they have a problem, but that's a lie. It's just empty words, when the actual statistics tell me everything I need to know. Over 4 5th's of the reviews (over 80%) agree with me. Yet, you continue to use them. You know how inept they are, and I would bet you STILL try to pin blame on the book sellers and NEVER admit any fault yourselves. Well I'm telling you! It IS your fault! You use a very poor courier, YOU chose them. No one made you use them, and yet you continue your partnership with them despite their staggering ineptitude. The seller "Book Moon" did everything they were supposed to do, and provided tracking to the PO box relay location. As per instruction from biblio. Where my book was delivered AND picked up from. Biblio and their affiliated courier have lost this book. Book sellers BEWARE! These people will ruin your reputation. Buyers too, if you use Biblio prepare to be disappointed.
Ordered a book from them, from Abacus Bookstore with a "solid 5-stars" in fulfillment and "has been with them since 2003", didn't get tracking nor the book (only a notification that it had shipped). 2-3 days after the expected delivery date, I reached out via biblio to the seller asking for tracking. Seller ignored the email. A week later, I reached out to both again, asking for tracking or next steps. They then reached out to the seller asking for tracking or information. None was forthcoming. (Remember, this is from a seller with 5-stars of "fulfillment"). Finally reached out a third time, another week later, and they refunded (it's unclear if the seller did it or Biblio). But I have no way to tell other users that this seller might not ship their book, they don't exist on google maps, and the 5-star rating on the seller's profile is likely meaningless. (PS: This was my first order from biblio, likely won't be coming back unless I have a backup plan for getting my book that I need - it was for a class, and I had to borrow someone else's.)
I returned an imperfect book to the seller, following the instructions of Biblio Customer Support, seeking a full refund including return post. The return was tracked, and ThriftBooks received the book back on 16 Jan 2024. I sent all the details to Biblio Customer Support. I see that ThriftBooks has now relisted this for sale or one like it, yet I have received no refund, and my follow ups with Biblio Customer Support and ThriftBooks have gone unanswered.
Paid for a hard cover textbook and got sent an electronic access code. In order to be refunded, they wanted me to pay out of pocket to send the âbookâ back. False advertising and terrible customer service.
It took around 1 week for the book to arrive considering it came from Uk and I level in Germany it was very fest. ON the website was already the price for border control and delivery. I have only to thanks the service, I forgot to put my haus number and they contacted me before sending and it was perfect. They do valor customers. I can not get away with the bad reviews maybe the person didn't read the information about the book's condition. The book I ordered do not produce anymore and other sites where only with bad reviews our where fake. I hope if some one read this have the same good experience as me.
Read some poor reviews but got my book in no time! I hope I don't find out they're actually not independent ... The world is full of evil so I hope they're one of the good guys.
I've been waiting for the book I ordered. Darryl Lundy keeps on emailing a tracking no. For two weeks now and find it sus. As the tracking says delivered but didn't receive the parcel. The following day this guys emails again that my parcel is on its way and again to say that the driver left in the nearest post. Then again I received email that it's been delivered. Like honestly just refund my money. I wish I can post the attachment.
I could not recommend it more. Not only is it wonderful that they sell books, it is even more wonderful that they also sell rare books. The prices are incredibly competitive, in uk shipping is free. I wish you another thousand years of business. Thank you
Worst. Service. Ever. I ordered a book over 2 months ago, still havenât received it and trying to contact these people is like jumping through fire hoops at a circus. Much better off looking for your books in an actual 2nd hand book store. Absolutely useless.
I ordered and paid for a book plus shipping the end of June. Stated delivery would be up to 21 days which is fine. However I never received my order. I have emailed customer service at Biblio numerous of times to no avail. Can not recommend Biblio
Ordered the book, got notified about it being posted, and then got ârefund is on its wayâ. Thanks for the refund, but I suspect you didnât have the book and didnât post it. Not trusting in the future.
Lost in the aisles of Biblio again. My bank account hates me, but my heart is so happy!
Extremely unreliable!! I had followed up a number of times on an order that hadnât arrived and was never given a tracking number. The first time I was advised to simply wait longer, the second time I was asked to confirm the seller, then confirm my shipping address, and then given a refund with no explanation? Were the books never posted despite being sent an email theyâd shipped? Appreciate the refund but those were textbooks that I needed for my study, now Iâve had to wait 6+ weeks AND find them elsewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
