Zaufałem stronie BIOVEA zamawiając Minoxidil ponieważ bardzo zależało mi na czasie a widnieje na stronie wielki napis "Wszystkie zamówienia dostarczone w ciągu 2 dni roboczych". Niestety zamówienie złożone 02.05.2024 zostało wysłane DOPIERO 10.05.2024 mimo braku jakiejkolwiek informacji na stronie o możliwym opóźnieniu w wysyłce. Zamówienie dostałem dopiero po 12 dniach od jego złożenia, niestety natura produktu który stosuje jest taka że nie mogę robić przerw dłuższych niż kilka dni w celu zapobiegnięcia utraty włosów które wyrosły dzięki niemu, teraz cały mój dotychczasowy wysiłek regularnego stosowania poszedł na marne. Stanowczo nie polecam tej firmy jeżeli liczycie na szybkie dostawy!

Das hat sich nun nach zweiwöchiger Einnahme bestätigt. Lieferung kam wie versprochen. Hier kaufe ich weiterhin :-)))
My delivery was a complete mess! UPS tried to charge import duties and taxes. My delivery on your advice was refused. BIOVEA has refunded my order. I am a VERY disappointed customer. Unless you can sort out the confusion with UPS I will not be buying from you again. I never had any problems with my orders when you used DHL.
postage slow , took a week to arrive
I was looking at Melatonin 5mg and trying to apply coupon. Even without Ok-ing purchase I suddenly got a message that my order went through on Paypal. There is no "cancel order" option on their website so with great difficulties I managed to find a contact email saying that I never ordered the item and wantd to cancel. Besides the listing on the website of Melatonin 5 mg 180 changed to 3 mg 180 and I never found the 5 mg again. What is going on? I'm not trusting this company anymore.
